I had my roof replaced as I was getting solar installed and have been very happy with their work. They have been very communicative with updates as to scheduling and the work. The price was very reasonable and I like that they are a family owned business based here in Oakdale. They have a quick turnaround with work as well as clean up after they are done each day. I highly recommend them if you're in need of a new roof!

With the first serious rain starting in December, we discovered a leak in a part of our roof. They came out within the day and fixed it. Then New Year's weekend. Another storm hit, and we discovered another leak in our addition. Even though they were swamped with calls, they managed to respond and fixed our other leak. Highly reliable and dependable. You can't go wrong with them.

I just bought a home in Oakdale on 5 acres with a large warehouse and carport that needed a new roof. The carport was leaking. I called Layton Roofing and they were really busy but Susan said she would get Mark (owner) to come out right away and give me a bid. He did a thorough inspection of both roofs and got back to me promptly with a very reasonable bid. As a business owner myself I look for many things to determine if the person or business I'm about to hire has high quality standards and is straight forward and honest. I can say that working with Mark was very enjoyable and both he and Susan did a great job. I'm usually not very impressed by most businesses I come across but I was with them. One main reason is you can never beat an owner operator who loves what they do and wants to be the best. They will win every time. Mark also got the job done quickly and beat his scheduled date of completion. They were very fast from start to finish. Mark is a good person and I wish him all the best. Everyone I know that needs a roof I will gladly give his name. Susan is great too in the office! Very helpful!

I hired this family owned business to do a complete tear off and re-roof on my 30 year old home's original roof in 2020. They did an outstanding job, even my general contractor friend was impressed with their work. My friend even asked for information on this roofing contractor so he could ask if they would be interested in doing sub-contracted work on some of their jobs. The Owner, Mark, was on site and working up on the roof with the crew both days. Great communication, easy to work with, and charged exactly as outlined in bid which was one of the lowest prices among numerous bids submitted. The subcontractor he used on the gutters did a great job too! It's now 9 months later and I still could not be more pleased. I am happy to be able to say I highly recommend them!

Came out to give estimate, guy came off my roof and told me he ""fixed"" it, he was not authorized to fix anything, appointment was set up by text, no one would call me back to speak to me. I would avoid at all cost.

Had several estimates for a new roof. Was referred to Layton Roofing by my cousin so that along with their fair bid I decided to go with them. They tore off and repaired all dry rot Day one and day 2 completed roof. Owner was at the job both days. Cleaned up perfectly. Roof looks great. Very professional. Highly Recommend them.
