We highly recommend Lawsons Roofing as a very professional Company. Dylan, who was our contact person, provides a very comprehensive explanation of the scope of work and sticks to a given budget in a very timely manner. He is a great planner, including permits and inspections. His word is worth more than hundreds of written pages. He sent us several highly specialized teams to do the work as originally scheduled. Our brand new roof looks great!

I couldn't be happier with Lawsons Roofing. Dylan and crew did a fantastic job tearing down and replacing our roof. I got bids from a half dozen other contractors and Dylan's bid was competitive and well priced. Lawsons warranty, price and friendly service put me over the edge. To my surprise, they completed the job in record time--much faster than anticipated and quoted. I would definitely recommend Lawsons Roofing and I would go to them again for any roofing needs. Its nice to find a contractor you can trust. You can't go wrong with them. 10/10

I used Lawsons Roofing for a new roof on my rental house. Their quote was competitive and as it was a family-owned business I went with them. The roof was replaced in a timely fashion and the job exceptional. I then asked Dylan about new windows. He again gave a competitive quote and they replaced the windows in my house. So, I asked him about a bathtub redo (replacing the tub and the plexiglass). He gave me a verbal quote and asked us to pick out tile. He indicated his father would do the job and would come out to check it out. His father came to check it out and as of yet (maybe 3 weeks?) after several earlier requests for a written quote I have not heard from Dylan regarding the job. I find the work exceptional but the communication with Dylan not good (reason for only 4 stars).

After SO MUCH research and many many quotes, going with Dylan just felt right. His bid was very competitive without being bottom-of-the-barrel and the work was absolutely exceptional. We ran into a few snafus along the way (not his team's fault) but he remained communicative and was able to get us in touch with other professionals to get the additional work done in a timely manner. He truly went above-and-beyond and I would 100% hire him and his team again if for some reason I ever need a new roof. But we are so happy with how our insulated ""Cool Roof"" has held up during these hot days. 10/10 would recommend!

5 stars - I don't normally leave reviews...but I struggled to find a great contractor early on (so I feel other people's pain). We used them to replace an old roof & install a new one. (Attached is picture of our new roof!). I really enjoyed working with Dylan - the team did a great job & they're super friendly.
I appreciated that they were responsive, worked fast & efficiently! Completed and replaced our roof in 4 days. I've already referred them to our neighbors & am looking into getting them to help with our next project on our house.

We needed a surprise roof replacement upon moving into a house, and Dylan and his team were perfect for the job. He had great recommendations on both type of roof, as well as aesthetics (color choice, etc.), and gave us the best price out of all of our quotes on top of it all!

His team was professional, quick, and thorough- everything looks great! We got gutters installed at the same time, by his one-stop-shop team, and additional complications (we have solar panels that needed to be removed and put back up in working order), were no sweat.

This company is awesome! They are super professional and finished the work in 4 days! Dylan is an excellent communicator and very timely. Our building in Los Angels is a flat roof and we had a leak on a long holiday weekend. Dylan and his team were very responsive to our urgent calls. Several other company's turned us down but not Lawsons roofing. They were out the next morning to patch the leak . That saved us from the rain. They gave us a great quote for the roof repair with synthetic covering . They discounted the patch work too. Dylan is fantastic to work with and very customer orientated. I highly highly recommend them.

An all-around positive experience getting a silicone coating on our 17 year old low-slope rolled asphalt roof. Everyone was polite and professional, good communication with Dylan throughout. Highly recommended.
