If you are considering this company to do a roofing project for your HOA association, please read this review before signing any papers. This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. The first red flag was the amount of trash they left behind after their first few days in the neighborhood. They absolutely littered our beautiful community with their garbage, including water bottles, snack wrappers, candy wrappers, general roofing garbage (like pieces of the demolished roofs), studs, nails you name it.
With the amount of nails and studs leftover in the grass, its a miracle no kids or pets got hurt (to my knowledge). There are still pieces of plastic all around our neighborhood to this day from their mess. My immediate thought was if they can't use a trash can properly, what are the odds they are going to actually pay attention to the roofing install details.
The next red flag was how poorly they communicated to the residents in our community, so that our residents were safe and minimally impacted from the construction. During the initial stages of construction, they gave no notice to residents whose properties they were working on. They would turn off the water without notice. Block your cars in because they never told you they were doing construction, so there's no way to know not to park in their way. The foreman on the job was extremely rude if you ever got in her way. Multiple residents have complained to me about the attitude of this female foreman along with the dangerous way that she drives her van throughout the community. Speeding around corners, running stop signs, creating a dangerous environment all around.
Which leads me to the next red flag, creating a dangerous environment. This company was notorious for leaving their ladders leaning against the building, 16ft in the air, with no tie down security from 6pm-8am the next morning when they came back to finish the job. If the wind catches in the right direction, the ladders will easily tip over and come crashing down. Very unsafe. During the day they would throw things down off the 16ft+ roofs with reckless abandon. From water bottles to new and old shingles, they would toss things off the roof left and right. All in all they have been a nightmare to deal with and based on the other reviews it seems like we should expect some problems with the roofs before they reach 10 years old. I guess time will tell.

If I could leave zero stars I would. These guys are complete slobs, threw garbage everywhere. They threw tiles everywhere breaking multiple things not even near the building. Finished roof, leaked in multiple places, they allegedly fixed it and it leaks again. Unprofessional. Project manager is useless, crew speaks no English. They are garbage. Excuse after excuse. Stay away!!!!

Worst contractor I have ever delt with. Damaged my pool finish and pavers and refused to repair them. I have been in the property management business for over 40 years and have not been treated this way by any of the contractors I have used.

Would not recommend this company. They stained our pavers and pool surface and refused to pay for the damage.

This company originally installed my roof on our brand new home. In the past four years they have had to repair at least 3 roof leaks. I would not recommend this company.

I went into contract October 29 2019 with Latite Roofing Company. It is now April 14th 2020 and my roof has not been completed. The company has informed me that they ran out of tile to complete my home two weeks ago. No one has contacted me as to If they ordered the tile or an estimate time of a completion. I've reached out to their Senior VP Steve Struve several times and have not received a call back. Tomorrow I have an appointment with my legal counsel to try and recoup the money I have paid to date approximately $30,000.
To date the work they have done has ruin my lawn and they crushed several sprinkler heads, They also have broken pieces of tile in my pool and have stain my recently installed decking around my pool.

They did $9,229.00 worth of damage to our house pool and yard... installing a tile roof...
they call it wear and tear in the contract...
So what were the first words out of the Senior Project manager, Chuck.. Hey our guys are stupid,
they do not even have a high school education, what do you want me to do... next he said what,
you expect me to cover the pool everyday... other things were... hey we did not have time to clean
up... its funny, we drove two hours from our other house and spent hours outside cleaning bottles
of urine lunches thrown in our bushes and 3 quarts of a carcinogenic powder left in our pool from
the cutting of tiles... we had time
So I talked to the CEO, well, I know where Chucks training came from... a senior VP wrote us to
tell us how wrong we are... I guess 40 years in the construction business has taught me nothing..
Bottom line: you will get a roof... it will cost you 10% in damages and you should move out while
they are doing it...never saw a safety line, they do not respect the men enough. All day long stuff
came off that roof like the back of a manure spreader... the skilled workers are talented...
the management, which starts at the top, is the best examples of the Peter Principal I have ever seen...
Total cost of job to us including damages was a little over $100,000. Somebody made some
money.

when hiring this company to do work for you make sure that on the contract you have them sign that they will fix or pay for any damages done to your property . They did work on our community at the Water ways in Deerfield Beach and they damaged my car . One of the gutters that they did not secure properly fell on my car and damaged the hood of my Lexus and when you call them you get a very rude supervisor saying they will not have it fixed. If you hire these people beware .

These guys did a great job with my roof. I like how they were very professional and left the jobsite clean every day that they were here.
Their prices were also very fair compaired to others. My family will be using them too. I would definately recommend them!

in business initial contact with a client is fundamentally and obviously important , not interested in spending 5 figures when the main representative is rude and unprofessional , if the company doesn't bother to look into this ( loses potential jobs ) at the initial contact its safe to say you do not want to see what kind of job/treatment you will get at the end after you've paid
chapter 11 I foresee specially in these days for this kind of companies , it gets expensive to have somebody like that working for any company
