Brian Latchford Roofing team attempted to fix only part of the roof under his paid contract and ten year warranty. He was paid in full and called back to replace a loose nail left by his team's lack of finishing. The small hole is from his lack of craftmanship finishing and his loose nail. The small hole is leaking into and thru the plywood. Upon his return he was aggressive in tone and body language. Though he was highly upset that his team showed a lack of due diligence and improperly performed the job, he walked to his truck and stated he would repair. I went to get him a ladder and he drove away stating I need get some diet pills. I find this to be very unprofessional. Brian Latchford refused to come back and repair the small leak. He refused to honor his word.

When the ""other guys"" said ""We can't find any cracked tiles so we will need to pull your solar to look for problems?"" Brian's expertise saved the day. Not only did we not have to pull the solar but he was able to pinpoint the exact problems that was leading to our leak evidence and explain it all with photos and layman's terms so we knew exactly what was wrong. The ""other guys"" sent out an employee who couldn't find the problem and the owner was absent until we told them we weren't going to hire them. Brian was present the whole way through the process.
