We decided to use this company to replace our roof. During the process the workers dent and damage not only our brand new gutters but our aluminum back porch covering from walking on it. The owner came and met with my husband to observe the damage, during the meeting he and my husband agreed to deducting $1000 from the bill to cover repairs. Gave him his word. Turns out the owner then turned around and put a lien on our home. I would strongly advise you to do your research and avoid this company as the leader ship is completely unethical.

The manufactured home I purchased had one year left on a five year warranty from Larry Neese roofing. After a bad storm, there were ceiling spots that appeared in 3 newly painted rooms. Since I was closing poor, I was looking not to avoid paying $500 to transfer the warranty for just one more year. After several calls to Larry, he sent a salesman who advised that the ridge vent failed and it would be replaced at no charge. No contact from company. After more phone calls, I was advised nothing could be done w/o paying the warranty extension. I then requested a repair quote to make an informed decision. After more calls, 2 young men came out--no reply from company. More calls and Larry personally advised that he did not install the ridge vent; warranty has been violated. I was upset at having no recourse and Larry threatened to hang up on me. He was rude, demeaning, and unprofessional; I hung up on him. I never got a quote either. I find it hard to believe the former owner would have anyone else do roof work outside of Neese's 5 yr warranty unless he was mistreated likewise. I would never do business with Larry Neese. No one deserves to be mistreated like that ever.

Called for a quote to do our roof and his son came out. He went on the roof talked to my husband, then never gave a quote. We called saying we were still waiting for the quote and two weeks later they still haven't returned the call or given us the quote.
