I needed what I thought was a small roof repair! I had quite a few roofing companies out for estimates. All were way to expensive for me. I'm on Social Security and have a limited budget. Larry Miller roofers not only sent someone out but they came prepared to do the job! Which they did at a reasonable price!! I recommend them to everyone in the Bay Area.

We had some water coming through our master bedroom after really heavy rains a couple of weeks ago. The hard part was, we were flying out of town the next day, and we couldn't leave the house with leaks going on so I started looking online for reputable roofers with great testimonials and reviews.

That is how I found Larry Miller Roofing. Frank got back with me within minutes of my text (even though it was before their posted hours). He got Alex and another great worker to our home within a couple of hours, fixed up what needed to in order to stop that leak, and it gave us the peace of mind that we could leave town without our home being damaged.

The guys found the source of the problem and pointed out some other problematic areas where we might need assistance in the future. Our house sitter found a new area of water coming in, we called Frank, and he sent a team out to take care of THAT leak while we were gone.

We are so grateful for great customer service, fair pricing, and excellent work.

I can't say enough good things about this company.
We needed a roofer to come out ASAP as we had wasps entering the second story through a suspected opening where the first floor meets second story roof.
After calling 4 different companies that were unable to help because issue didn't have to do with shingles, or they couldn't get to us until end of the week, I got ahold of Franco at Larry Miller inc.
He said they could definitely fix it and they could have someone there in an hour!
They arrive and are so friendly, knowledgeable, and the fix the issue!! Highly recommend these guys!!

Have to add, they are affordable too!

first time calling no one answered, couldn't leave message because voicemail was full. Called emergency # got Frank (owners son) who said text me info and i'll call you back to set up quote. Waited 4 days, no call back. called office back. Said would give him message to call me. Waited 5 more days called office back today and was told ""well he is very busy"" by a very rude girl who somehow tried to make it sound like all their issues were my problem by stating ""it's been a rough week"", ""we have broke down trucks"", ""our voicemail was messed up"", ""were very busy"" etc...if your having a bad week one sure way of making it worse is to run off customers with a bad, rude, brash attitude! look, if your that busy maybe you don't need my business!

We started having a roof leak with all the heavy rain. Curtis came out promptly and was very informative as he identified the cause of the leak. Since I don't know much about roofing problems it could have been easy to exaggerate the cause and do unnecessary work. In fact, another roofer (I always get three estimates for any work I need done) did exactly that. Curtis was honest and professional. If, in the future, i need any other work done I will call this company. In fact I referred my neighbor to them. Kudos!

We began having leak issues last Spring/Summer (2015) during the rainy season. Larry Miller Roofing came out a few times to patch us up, but each time commented on how we really needed a new roof. They showed us areas where the previous roofer had done a shoddy job. We decided it was time to take the plunge and called them back for a roof replacement.

I worked directly with Frank Miller through the entire process. He gave me a quote which ended up being pretty spot on. They ended up replacing the entire roof (a little over 2000 sq ft) plus addressed some additional concerns we had with our chimney. When it was time to begin the work, they showed up with a crew and worked on it for 3 days straight until it was finished. They handled all of the paperwork with the county for me and addressed all of our concerns. I would definitely recommend Larry Miller Roofing to anyone that is contemplating replacing their old roof.

One star rating due to the following.

Not Good: quote for leaks and vent was verbally priced, but nothing written, since Friday. The phone rep was brass, not fun, not easy, and not pleasant to talk too.

Good stuff: free and same day quote. The rep was direct and to the point with informative and sound minded information.

Comparisons: This rep, having over 25 years roof experience, mentioned what was done right on the roof (but two other companies, with 13 years or so experience, said it had to be replaced and that it was the caused of the leak). Hummm, who to trust?

Conclusion: will not and can not decide to hire. Off to other repair roofing companies.

Did hire someone else because of better warranty.
