Had our roof contracted for complete remove and replace of shingles due to wind damage.They didn't remove the gutters,as I have been told by other roofers,should have been done before the job was started. The boss said they could work around them. So the fascia board behind the gutters which is rotten in numerous places was not replaced at all.The contract was to remove and replace rotten rafters,rotten decking,replace rotten fascia as needed with plywood and 2x4's. I mentioned it to the boss who said a little won't hurt it's okay. Watch out and don't make the same mistake that I did ... check around.

roof put on by them in 2017, many leaks now and they won't come out and fix. Inspector and GC said I should sue for poor workmanship.. So thats what I'm doing

Our HOA made arrangements for some homes in our community to have our roofs repaired from hurricane damage. I was in my home office when all of a sudden I heard banging on my roof, and I walked outside to find roofers tearing up the shingles to replace them. I had no knock on the door, no phone call, no announcement whatsoever that they were coming. Although I was happy to have my roof repaired, they were leaning their ladder up against my new gutters. As I expressed concern about the metal ladder scratching the gutters, the owner or manager had just pulled up in his truck and stomped past me, grabbed the ladder, and moved it around to the front all the while berating me for complaining and telling me that he was doing me a favor, because they were so busy, indicating that I was being petty while they were putting themselves out fixing my small repair...etc etc... I told him there was no reason for him to be nasty, that I was just concerned about our new gutters and all I wanted was for them to move the ladder upfront to the peak of the roof. I finally asked him his name, and he said ""none of your business"". Really? It's none of my business who is working on my home? If that's the way this roofer likes to treat clients, and if he's too busy to be polite, well he won't have that problem for long. The only reason why I'm giving them 2 stars and not one, is because the other workers were polite and they did a good job.
