My air-conditioning now maintains a comfortable 74 degrees no matter the outside temperature. Tom also provided a free Wind Mitigation report complete with pictures for my insurance company. His team professionally dealt with my HOA and our Sunrise inspectors assuring a smooth permit and approval process.
