Lansford Roofing is the company you want for your roofing needs. Robert's crew stripped our cal-shake roof, repaired a few considerable problems, and had the new roof on in 4 days. His team is polite, considerate, hard working, and very professional. Considering all the debris the tear down created, they left my property cleaner than they found it! The bidding process was pain-free with all of our options clearly explained. And there were no unexpected surprises when the final bill was calculated. Cannot recommend Lansford Roofing enough. The price was adequate
The work was adequate. I asked for an itemized receipt for the the job done at least 3 times after the completion of the job and never received it. The only record of the work done is the inspection report. So no written proof for the $14,000 roof they did. Can't say I'm impressed.

Mr. Lansford has nearly 30 years of experience in the Altadena/Pasadena/San Marino area. He was extremely professional. He stopped by my house within the same day after I contacted him and quickly came up with a quote. The entire project went smoothly and I was constantly being updated with each step during the process. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a new roof without a doubt.

Rob and his crew did a beautiful job, from tear down to finish. The tear down crew cleaned up so well, you'd never even know they were there. Everything was done so well and they were all really cool guys.

Robert Landsford roofing is hands-down the best roofer in Pasadena and beyond. We needed to fix our roof before we could get our solar panels installed. We shopped around and considered going with Robert based on his solid online reputation but what sealed the deal for us was that he came highly recommended by my neighbors. Lansford Roofing replaced our entire roof on our rental home last year and I meant to write a review at the time. Robert is a true professional and the work he did on our home was exactly as estimated. He provided a multi-page list (with roof material used) ""hundreds"" of roofs he had completed and recommend we see them in person before selecting the roofing color we wanted. Excellent recommendation as the roof we selected from driving to see his projects allowed us to pick the perfect choice for our house. Robert's a great guy and real pleasure with whom to contract. He's a man of his word and his crew does excellent work. Subsequently, we had a roofing problem with our other home and I immediately called Robert. As usual, he called me back within the hour. Unfortunately, his company did not do tile roofs, but that didn't stop Robert from coming out to our house to assess the damage anyway and make a recommendation. We highly recommend Lansford Roofing if you're looking for a responsive, responsible and professional company to do your roofing work.
