I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Lansford Roofing. They are professional, prompt, thorough, affordable and really takes care of the customer, Robert and his crew did a great job on my new roof. Robert answered all of my questions and requests promptly and knowledgeably. I had my entire roof replaced with metal tiles. I pointed out the problem areas on my old roof and they came up with solutions and made the necessary adjustments especially around the chimney and low pitch areas. From start to finish the workmanship was excellent. The whole process went so well; I wish more companies operated this way!

I got three estimates for roofing a single family residence. Lansford was the lowest and I liked the interaction with him. One quote was more than double his, and the other was just a little bit more. It wasn't just about the money, though. The other closely-priced company wouldn't return my calls, so I eliminated them.
Robert was very responsive and explained things to me when needed. He immediately addressed any issues I had, and finished the job on time and on budget. The roof looks great. What more can you ask for?
He will be my first call for future roofing jobs.

I wanted to let everyone know that Lansford Roofing is a great company that will take care of their customers.

We had 80% of our roof re-done by Lansford and it looks great. This past Monday and Tuesday we had the first big rain following the job. Sadly I heard dripping in the attic. I called Robert Lansford and told him. He sounded shocked, but he said he would come by that morning to take a look in the rain. We discovered the leak was coming from a gas line that penetrates the roof and realized that this part of the roof was not done by Robert's team. He said no problem and fixed it anyway for us at no charge. It was very nice of him. My wife and I were very happy we chose to do business with Lansford. Thanks Rob!

I chose Lansford based on his review history and I am very pleased. The owner of the company came out personally for the quote and I liked his no nonsense approach. His pricing was very fair and his crew did a fantastic job. I went on the roof several times during the job and they fixed the wood decking in several places, added new roof vents, and replaced all the old vent covers as well as removed the old vents that were no longer used.

He utilizes three companies to do the work. One does the tear off. One does the delivery of the shingles, and his company which does the labor. Be prepared to write three checks. This means he does not jack up the price for the materials and the tear off.

The tear off group under Fausto Garcia finished the work in 2 hours and tarped the entire surrounding of the house and left the yard immaculate.
He came with a crew of 6 so the job was done quick.

The roofers were a group of 3 and the whole job was finished in one day plus 3 hours. I have a small house but the attention to quality and detail was apparent.

I highly recommend this company.

Be aware, that in LA County you will need the inspector to come in and verify that you have smoke detectors in all bedrooms an a carbon monoxide detector in the hallway outside the bedroom. The permit for the job will not get signed off without it. I had to make an emergency run to Home Depot to get the detectors.

If you need to have your roof replaced or worked on do yourself a favor and call Lansford Roofing. They are professional, courteous, and affordable. We had a new roof installed and the price was reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. We had a slight problem regarding our attic fan, after the install, and Robert and crew came right out and corrected the issue. There was no headache and as a homeowner it's refreshing to work with a company that takes pride in their work and stands by their product. I would give more stars if Yelp allowed it, thank you Robert and crew for a job well done.

This project became seamless and painless after I was referred (by 2 diff ppl in diff cities) to this company and the hands-on owner, Robert Lansford.

Each crew arrived on time, worked diligently, and did not leave any mess at the end of the day. Robert always returned my calls in a timely manner if he was unable to pick up when I called.

This company does not employ any hard sell tactics. The owner comes to see the job, he sends proposal promptly, then let's you get back to him.

We were very impressed with Robert and his workers. Robert got our job in for an insurance deadline which was a relief. We were amazed by his fast and professional team who worked from 7-5 every day during a heat wave, over 100 degrees each day. They took extra care and time around our skylights, making sure the roofing was perfect. After the roof work, they returned to clean up any debris around the house. Highly recommend this company!

Robert was very nice and professional. He told me everything about my roof and what it needed. He gave me a great quote within a couple of days. I asked for quotes from 5 roofers. Some never even sent me a quote. He told me he could do it in about 3 more weeks, but he had a opening and he asked if i wanted it. His workers were fast and efficient. He promised me my roof would not leak anymore. I would highly recommend him.

Spoke to Robert this morning for an estimate on a deck area over my garage that needs replacement. He explained that this is considered a flat roof project that is outside of the services he currently provides, but he provided me with a contact name and number for someone that could help with this work.

I greatly appreciated his candor and willingness to both provide me with a path forward in my project and recommend a colleague/competitor.

Robert did a great job on our roof. My wife and I had recently bought a house and got credit from the seller to replace the roof, figuring we could replace it at some point during the summer. Then the crazy atmospheric river rains struck and we found out our roof was leaking. Robert was able to come out to check our roof and give us an estimate within a few days. On top of that, he was able to expedite our scheduled roofing job several weeks earlier (he was understandably very busy this winter), which he finished fortunately right before the biggest storm of the season. Robert was professional, friendly, and willing to explain things I didn't understand. And his prices were reasonable. Definitely recommend.
