Highly professional crew and staff. Provided me with a date and time to replace my roof and stayed on schedule arriving on time. This crew made a drive up I-35 early on Saturday and was ready to start working at 7:30AM. My new roof was complete within approximately 5 hours which includes the removal of the roof and then replacement with all the extras and then the GREAT clean up. I would highly recommend Lange Roofing for your next roof if you want a good price and GREAT workmanship

Had a leak in my roof around a solar tube that I had tried to repair several times with tar and additional shingles. Could not fix it myself. I called Lange roofing out for an estimate. Dillon, the estimater, came out the same day I called and we surveyed the problem. The roofing was two layers thick and had to be removed down to the decking. Since the roofing was only leaking in the back half of the house all that needed replacing was the back half. A fair price was agreed upon and repairs began within a week. The crew arrived on time 08:00 and work commenced immediately and continued all day long and was completed by the end of the first day. The yard was cleaned and swept with a magnet to pick up all stray nails. The crew was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Lange roofing for any project requiring professional roof repair. The office personnel were very nice and helpful. I do not understand the other poor reviews.

Excellent company! Extremely professional crew and office staff. Gave us a great quote on upgrade shingles, worked with repair escrow on home loan, and did high quality installation with great warranty. Price was less than half the price we were quoted from other local companies and they worked with our restricted time line with the repair escrow. I would recommend this company to anyone needing high quality roof replacement.

As my rating signifies, HATED IT!!! Where do I start? First, Lange Roofing (and I use the term 'Roofing' loosely) came out and started putting on the wrong shingles. After noticing, I let them know they were putting on the wrong shingles. They were 1/4 of the way done. They had to remove what they had put and start over with the new shingles (and had the unmitigated gall to attempt to charge me for their screw-up!). Second, Their lack of customer service is more than telling. No type of people/soft skills at all. Third, they bent my gutters and won't take ownership of it. Fourth, refer to 1 through 3. Using that particular local roofer wasn't in my best interest. Don't get me started on how they tried to fleece me when it came to the whole insurance claim. Buyer beware. Please take time to read all the reviews. If I see a Lange Roofing sign in anyone's yard, I will make it my business to let them know about my experience and their terrible hired office help and shady business practices. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

My husband asked them to reshingle half the roof and the whole porch cover. They came and did the job (10 weeks later). When we looked at it right after the crew left, they hadn't reshingled the whole porch cover, just half. In addition there were bubbles under some of the shingles they had replaced and most of the shingles were not cut straight. The crew had also left trash on our lawn and in our driveway, including rubber bands, nails, water bottles and cigarette butts. I called them to have the estimator my husband spoke to come out and look at the roof to see where they had messed up. Two guys showed up, Jacob and Dylan, and proceeded to tell me and my husband that we were essentially lying about what we asked them to do even though it was clearly written on the estimate I had signed. They kept harping on what the insurance company was paying for even though, as I told them, our business with our insurance company was none of their business. They also said that the bubbles under the shingles were just where the shingles hadn't ""settled"" and that the shingles weren't cut straight where they met the house because it was better for keeping moisture out. And the final straw was when I complained about the garbage and cigarette butts, Jacob said, ""Did you see my crew smoking?"" Right. There were no cigarette butts (nobody in my house smokes) on the lawn nor any other kind of garbage before they got there. No matter what I said or how valid my complaints were, even when I showed them the piece of paper I signed, they just got louder and angrier and kept implying that we were lying. At that point, I told them to leave and I called their office and spoke to the owner of the company. He told me that the contract did indeed say that they should have reshingled the whole porch. He apologized but I told him that I had already been loudly argued with on my front lawn and had basically been told that my husband and I were liars when, clearly, the two men who came to my house were lying. We've done business with this company for many years when we needed patch jobs and they were always fine. I never thought we'd get treated so badly when it came time for a bigger job.

Just got my new roof put on from Lange Roofing. As of right now, I love it a whole lot. They did a wonderful job. I had a question about something and one of the workers answered it with no hesitation. I also had a question after the job was done and I called to speak to someone about it, and the the person who answered the phone was very professional and kind. She answered my question very quickly. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs you may have. The crew that did my roof also did a complete cleanup when the word was finished. You wouldn't even know that they were here. VERY VERY IMPRESSED. Thank you Lange Roofing and your crew for a job well done.
