They came and patched my roof and left cigarette butts up there and random globs of tar here and there. Basically made a mess, plus they did the patching without even removing the pooled water first so I know it's going to leak again next year.

Poor workmanship. They painted over rotten wood facing on the roof rather than fixing it or even telling me about it! I had to find out from the handyman who was working on other things in the house and happened to see it. Do not use Lang. It will only lead to problems and headaches.

Blocking postal mail delivery and trash collection with vehicle that is not directly involved with the roofing operation. Moreover, there are parking spaces close by but they refuse to move after repeated requests.

Over 20 years ago, Lang Roofing re-roofed my home. It was and is a beautiful 40 year roof. With the last two years' heavy rains, however, and my failure to do routine maintenance, I developed some small leaks so I called Lang. They did a full inspection, provided a detailed report and not only fixed the leaks but did a a much-needed maintenance. Their responsiveness, attention to detail and polite and knowledgeable people are all why I will continue to do business with them and recommend them to friends, neighbors and family.

I currently serve as the Executive Director at Long Beach Rescue Mission and over the past two years have worked to restore our shelters beginning from the top down. Our buildings were built in the late 80's and the roofs had never been replaced. Ryan Lang and the Lang Roofing team removed and replaced all of our roofs. For the first time in the 18 years I've been at the mission, there was no water intrusion in our buildings! The quality of their work is excellent, their team was professional and hardworking, we were able to pivot when needed (ex. adding solar tubes to our chapel), and it was done in a timely manner. I'm grateful for Lang Roofing and highly recommend them!

Lang Roofing is amazing. I had my roof replaced by them we and couldn't be happier. There were 4 workers who came here and did such an amazing job. I wouldn't use anyone else if you're getting roof work done. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They've got the best equipment, their workers all work together extremely well, they clean up perfectly after the day of work and they are extremely friendly. They know exactly what they're doing! They are true professionals.

This company has maintained a decent reputation within the local community because they are LDS (Mormon). That reputation is undeserved! I see by reading the reviews that I am not the only one to have had a road rager encounter with a Lang Roofing employee. Terrible advertising!
Last week a driver who regular speeds through my neighborhood tailgated me from the 5 Freeway at Paramount, through my own neighborhood and into Bell Gardens. He even passed me on a residential street! I finally was able to catch him at a red light in Bell Gardens. I asked him to please be more considerate when driving through residential areas. He laughed at me and told me he could do whatever he wants. He went so far as to ""pose"" for a photograph.
I called the company the next morning to find out that this individual is a MANAGER!
I would NEVER engage with this company! Their choice of ""management"" speaks volumes about their priorities.
Word of mouth advertising is a powerful tool and I will make it my mission to get the word out about this!

I had a roof leak and my HOA hired Lang Roofing to do the repairs. They were really busy so it took awhile for them to schedule a day for them to come. All in all, it was worth it because they do good work and my HOA covered the cost. In addition, I did like the fact that the roofer showed me pictures of the repairs that he did. It looked better so I felt confident that it won't leak again.

A worker for Lang Roofing had road rage on me, a woman with my child in the car on a Sunday morning with a clear road all around us. Don't invite this company to your home with employees like this. If they're not screening their workers and upholding them to any standard of conduct they're not to be trusted.
