Needed roof repair prior to painting house. Our main concern was rotting material and broken tiles causing a leak. They arrived on time for estimate and did a thorough job looking over our roof. Few days later we received a detailed estimate and made an appointment for repair work. They showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Even made sure to clean up after themselves. Great job! Highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

Needed an estimate on a new roof. Jeffrey came out on February 10th 2021 took some measurements and I've never heard from him again. Been over a month and a half and I decided to go with another contractor.

I purchased a new home and since this company did the inspection I called them for the needed repairs once I moved in. The first call I was advised someone would call me back. A couple weeks later I called again, advised I needed to sign the work authorization and send back. I did that. Nothing. I called again, they were very apologetic and advised they would contact me the following week to schedule. Nothing. I called again. I was told due to the heat their guys couldn't work full days and they would call me back in a few weeks to schedule. Made sense. Waited and waited no call. Shame on me for trusting they would call me back, they never did and now that we have had this huge storm I have water damage and a costly repair to make. I wish I would have moved on after the first time they failed to call me. Costly lesson for me.

Office staff was extremely rude, when after 2 days of hearing nothing about an actively leaking roof. I had them go out to give me a quote on a leaking roof and let me know what was needed. They did not quote the repairs needed and did not make leak water tight so roof continued leaking during a storm. They're the supposed ""professionals"" and didn't do anything about the leak or quote the work needed. Very frustrating. Especially being talked to by office staff, as if they could care less about my business. I will never send clients their way

Received a second opinion for an inspection that turned up some excessive charges on a fairly young roof. The business was pleasant to work with, showed up on time, and confirmed my suspicions about the previous roofing company. I am having Landreth's come back to do the maintenance on the roof before we move. Thank you for being an honest company! I will update this review if needed once repairs are made.

Arrived on time and as promised. I was given an estimate and pictures of all repairs needed on the roof. They were very busy but gave me a starting date. Their crew arrived on time and worked fast and hard. They took a short break for lunch and finished early afternoon. They were polite, cleaned the area spotless. I was more than happy with the workmanship and have already referred several people to their business.

This roofing company is THE BEST!! They will inspect your roof for free and give you a detailed report if any repairs are needed. They recommend that you have your roof inspected every 2 years to make sure every thing is ok. I just had an appointment and the gentleman called to say that he'd be 15 minutes late which most people don't do. He gave me a lot of information about the condition of my roof. I also used Landreth when I sold my home in Modesto 2 years ago. The repair cost was significantly less expensive than 2 other companies. I highly recommend them. 5 stars.
