We needed a new roof to install solar. We got Landmark referred by a contractor we trust. We got 2 other bids, but picked Miguel for his honesty and integrity. He did a superb job, taking 3 days to complete the job. He also replaced 2 aging skylights in the process. We highly recommend Miguel and Landmark Roofing for roofs and repairs.

Miguel was recommended by a friend who is a contractor, so I expected he'd do good work, but I was most impressed by his integrity. I've dealt with numerous contractors during the 30 years I've owned my house, and Miguel is firmly in the top tier. To begin with, he gave me a rough idea of when he'd be able to do the job but said he'd try to make it earlier -- and he did, by 2 weeks. His initial estimate was reasonable, and I'd already agreed to the price. Yet when he came to my house a couple of days before work began to explain in detail what they'd be doing, he said my gutters and downspouts are in good shape and didn't need to be replaced, only cleaned out and fastened more securely, which he did. That saved me a substantial sum, when he could easily have charged me the original estimate's price. He and his crew left no trace of debris or damage of any kind and were friendly and respectful. You can't go wrong with these guys.

Landmark Roofing recently replaced our old roof between rainstorms. They were recommended by another contractor we were using and Miguel gave us a very fair price. The crew completed the job in less than 3 days! They showed up early each morning with a large crew and worked steadily all day. Each day, our yard was left clean and tidy, with all refuse hauled away. They are extremely hard-working and efficient, and went out of their way to be as unobtrusive as possible. Miguel explained to us that our old roof was not constructed properly and made the necessary repairs for a minimal extra charge. We couldn't be happier with the results!

I was so pleased with his professionalism, great service and ability to fit me in quickly. He took care of the paperwork with the city and completely picked up after the work was done. I have a pretty much flat roof and didn't want tar & gravel again. I was offered a more modern, insulating option and couldn't be happier. My new roof looks great!

Had to get my roof repair since it was leaking quite a bit. Called them up, they came to my house to take a look at it and by that same day I had a quote. The price was good, so I schedule them to start working. They are quick and the service is excellent. Definitely recommend them.
