We had a leaking roof over the house, and our detached garage had issues with a sagging roof line, and shingles that seen better days. Upon meeting with Steven on the first day, he was very professional, and was able to answer all of my questions via; email, text messages, and phone whether day or night, weekdays and weekends.

His crew removed all of the old shingles on the garage, corrected the sagging roof line and installed gutters with downspouts- pretty intense as they rocked an 11 hour work day on the first day!

The house roof wasn't as bad as it just needed some proper sealing, but I'm really glad there wasn't any BS for some sort of up sell that we didn't need, or some scare tactic for a repair that wasn't necessary.

Steven's prices were really reasonable and the work was completed within the quoted time frame. With plans to remodel our house down the line, we would definitely work with Steven in the future, but would also recommend anyone to give him a call!

We cannot recommend Landmark Construction highly enough!  From our first meeting with Steve and throughout the entire project, Steve and his crew were great.  Steve is incredibly professional, responsible, trustworthy, responsive, and frankly, he's a nice guy who is easy to work with.  He took the time to do things right and was very good at explaining what he was doing and why.  He made the home renovation process as stress-free and predictable as possible and we couldn't be happier with the result (at a very fair price). We will be using Steve and Landmark Construction again in the future...expect a call Steve.

I just used Landmark Construction for a new roof. Steve met with me personally for the estimate, and he was well prepared and very professional. I had a lot of questions prior to the work beginning, and he was always quick to respond to my emails or calls. Once started, the work was done quickly and efficiently and they did a great job! Bottom line is, professional, great communication, reasonable pricing, and a job well done. I would definitely use them again for future jobs.

Steve and his crew are the best! My husband and I were in contract to buy a duplex and the loan company wanted repairs done to the property before they would give us the money. We also were on a tight deadline to close escrow in 30 days and we weren't notified of the requirement to make repairs until 3 weeks in. My loan broker refered me to Steve because he would do the work at a reasonable price and quickly. He quoted me $1500 less for the work than another contractor. He was able to come out to the home to inspect it the day after we called him, and he began work with a permit soon after.

His crew worked on the siding and dry rot on the side of the home. He was able to match the paint color exactly and took me around to show me everything they worked on once they completed the work. There was a lot that they worked on and he even took the time to explain the problems of each area. He even gave me tips on how to upkeep my roof so I wouldn't need repairs earlier than needed. He was a lifesaver because we were able to close escrow only 1 week later after his work completed (took him less than 3 days to complete). The seller gave us an extension because of the work being done. The original contract stated the seller could cancel the contract or charge us $150 a day for every day past 30 days the escrow took. He provided the necessary paperwork to prove repairs were done quickly so we didn't have any further delays in escrow.

We plan to have Steve do similar repairs on our other home. Once you find a good contractor, you want to stick with them. Steve and his crew work fast and quietly. They do exceptional work. I can't even tell repairs were done to the home. He is very detailed oriented, and instead of just replacing the wood that dry rotted, he took measures to prevent future damage. He put cement down so the wood would not be touching soil or the ground. Something that is definitely a detail many contractors would take shortcuts on.

Steve's and his crew did such a great job, even my new neighbors are thinking of having him work on their property. When she heard I only spend a bit over $9k on the repairs, she was surprised and excited. She was able to see first hand the work being done on my property and how it looks now. Steve is very trustworthy and won't try to upsell you. He definitely has his clients best interest in mind.

Steve and his crew just helped me remodeled my bathroom. I am very satisfied with the work.

Before I started looking for contractors, I was worried about ""unexpected cost"" known only after work is half done and everything is in a mess, as some of my friends warned me. This never happened with Steve. After inspection and listening to our plan, he told us that he needed to run some numbers back to his office, and he called us back with a quote in the same day. It turned out that he foresaw most of the potential problems and workload, and his estimate was very accurate, both on cost and time. In the end, he returned all unused materials and gave us invoices and receipts so that I knew where every penny went.

Steve was also very helpful by itemizing all the things that we need to pick out. Without his list, I would totally get lost among the aisles in Homedepot and Lowe's.

I changed my mind on a couple of items (metal trim vs. bullnose, extra grip bar, etc.). Steve never complained about the extra trips he ran to buy and return the unused.

All of his crew that I've met are nice experienced workmen, skillful, respectful and tending to details. They showed up in time, worked quietly, and cleaned up everything after a day's work. They also respected our privacy during the project. In fact, for more than a week I was able to work remotely at home with minimal interruption from the ongoing remodeling work.

I appreciate Steve's honest work ethic, good workmanship, and getting-things-done style. I would highly recommend his business.

If you want the best, look no farther than Landmark Construction. Steve and his crew not only know what they are doing, they do it the best! We needed to tile 2 balcony decks and these went from being an eyesore to being fabulous. Steve's estimate was spot on, he and his crew were timely and professional. We loved the work they did and are ready to move on to our next home improvement, with Steve and Landmark Construction.

They are trustworthy and we felt totally comfortable with the entire process. 5 stars is not a high enough rating for this company.

After multiple estimates from a variety of construction companies in the area, we had decided to move forward with Landmark Construction to renovate an extension (downstairs unit) of our house. We are completely thrilled with the outcome and have received tons of compliments on our new place. Not only did we get a bargain (compared to the other construction companies), but the quality of the work was impeccable as well as the customer service. After our renovation downstairs, it was time to get our roof replaced which they just completed and did an awesome job as well. Now we are planning to renovate portions of our upper main unit as well.

Absolute awesomeness! My roof was leaking and I called up 3-4 contractors. Cost for a whole new roof was around $10k+. Heart attack, right? Well, got introduced to Steven and he checked it out. Got a quote and it was the most reasonable one. I had some delays due to getting my finances ready, so it was already past a month and the quote was probably no longer valid. He still honored it. Got the permit together in two days max, and got his crew over the next day. And boom, two days later, whole new roof. Even extended my warranty, which he didn't have to. Such sweetness. Even my neighbors were so impressed with his delivery, their looking into getting their roof replaced by him too. So got to give a holler at my boy, Steve, for being the pro that he is.
