Elizabeth B.Joel Landis showed up promptly for an estimate in June of 2022. Wrote the estimate. Took a $1250. deposit. Left the paperwork to apply for permits for me to complete. He started the permit process in August, 2022 but never submitted the diagrams necessary to obtain the permits. Has never responded to my phone calls or text messages. Never completed the permitting. And never returned my deposit.
This was a small job replacing a flat roof over a carport. A small leak has turned into major water damage.
