We sprung a leak ! Recent storms had exposed a leak in our home which had water streaming down a wall and into a hall closet every time it rained. We contacted Landeros roofing where Julie responded right away, and set up an appointment for an estimate. The estimate (with photos) was fair, and accurate. The workmanship on the repair was exceptional. I could not be more satisfied with the entire process. Like others have noted in their reviews, I must add that Steve and Juie and are just the type of people you hope you meet in this industry they are both personable, reliable, honest, and dedicated to client satisfaction. Found a permanent roofing company !

Landeros Roofing Solutions was wonderful to work with. I had previously hired them to reposition several slipped tiles on my 41-year-old tile roof. I knew we had some dry rot damage and contacted them to arrange a roof inspection, which is a free service they offer, to determine the extent of the damage. Julie responded to me immediately and scheduled an inspection that same week. Steven came out and did a complete inspection and, as I feared, found several issues. He clearly and completely documented the damaged areas and provided me with photos and explanations of the issues. Within two weeks I had a comprehensive estimate of the scope and cost of the repairs, and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. The job was completed as scheduled and I was provided comprehensive photos of the work done. I could not be happier with how the job turned out or how well I was treated by Julie and Steven, and will not hesitate to use their services again.

Landeros Roofing repaired my neighbors roof a couple of years ago. Low and behold mine started to leak. Reached out and even with Steve's busy schedule he made time to come and look at my roof thoroughly and came back with a fair estimate. He was booked out for at least a month but came through and fixed my roof over Thanksgiving Holiday. Steve's a beast and knows what he's doing! Totally recommend!

Every few years I call up Steven and Julie hoping they are still in business. It has been a rough few years for small businesses. But the wind in Tracy never stops blowing, even in a drought. I just asked Steven to come out again and repair / replace some tiles on my roof (never the same ones twice). He is always professional, always does a great job and always at a fair price.
