Very happy with Landeros! First, Julie is fantastic and answered any and all questions we had. The purchase inspection showed that some tiles needed to be replaced and provided a bid. We receive a couple other bids after we completed the purchase, and though Landeros pointed out a few other issues (including double the cracked tiles) their bid was not significantly more than the inspection while less than other bids. Landeros provided pictures for all the work that needed to be done along with explanations.

Scheduling was very easy. Steven showed up on time and completed the work in a few hours. He even stayed to show me pictures of the completed work. I definitely recommend Landeros.

After two years and three roofers, I entered my third rainy winter and my roof still leaked in the same place. I was truly frustrated, not to mention tired of keeping a tarp in place on my roof. I started looking for someone who did nothing but roof repair, and I sort of stumbled onto Landeros Roofing Solutions. Mr. Landeros did the most extensive analysis of my roof and even more extensive repair work than anyone else had attempted. The price tag was reasonable. The work was well done and on time. If you have a roof leak, especially one that no one seems able to figure out and repair, give these folks a call. By the way, after speaking to Mr. Landeros, I discovered he does dry rot repair as well. I bet he does good work in this area too.

Landeros roofing is amazing, even though they were busy they found the time to come do an estimate for my parent's house. They gave us details of everything and pictures as well. Super easy to communicate with and were honest and did great work.
