They weren't prompt returning phone calls when I asked for an estimation of the repairs he suggested were needed after checking out the leak stain. He left me with suggestions and probabilities of what was causing the leak. I had to call him three times to get an estimation response. When my call was finally returned, I felt he gave me an exorbitant estimation for the suggestions and probabilities of what could have caused the leak. After further examination of the leak, by another person, the leak had nothing to do with the suggestions and probabilities that were given to us. If we had gone along with his suggestions of replacing the rubber pieces on the vents and replacing the nails with screws on the tiles at a price of 1100.00 we still would have had the leak!

David responded promptly to a request for quote for our tile roof repair, the quote was thorough, easy to understand, and quite reasonably priced. David, Francisco, and their crew were extremely punctual, and when extra work was identified (not surprising, given the extent of the water damage), the work was done with no change to the price. Highly recommend.

I put in a request for roofing, and within 10 minutes David called me and left a message. I called him back, but he was heading to Hollister for a job. David took the next turn off and came to our house. He gave us an estimate on the spot and threw in some extras. He was out the next day with his crew and they were able to fix our roof. We were happy with the service.

If possible, I would rate this company minus10 stars, but one does only what is permitted, so it is only one.
In May of 2020, we hired Landeros Quality Roofing to fix the leak. The company owner David Landeros sent his son Francisco to repair our roof. They charged $1,075, which we paid in full. A warranty was issued for two years. After the first rain, the roof leaked at the same spot. A few times we unsuccessfully tried to reach Francisco, but finally got David himself. He sent Francisco once more, who ""fixed"" the roof again until the next rain. This time we wrote to David asking to refund our expenses. David Landeros examined the damaged ceiling and agreed to completely refund our expenses at the beginning of the year. We are still waiting for a refund and he does not pick up the phone and does not respond to e-mails and messages. Beware of fraud and deception.

We received our project proposal on March 6, 2020. We were quoted $4,500 to pressure wash our roof, replace any broken tiles, paint all vent and flashings, clean out all gutters, wire brush seams and apply caulking on seams and acrylic coat the inside of gutters to seal. We dealt with Fransisco and although he made several trips to our home and did a portion of the work, he for whatever reason was unable to complete it. We were told by David that Fransisco now owned his business and refused a partial refund of $2,400. However back in July Fransisco said he would send us a check for $2,000. We have waited and its now October and still not a word. I would advise anyone to think twice about this company. I have photos and the project proposal if anyone would like to check it out. By the way it is signed by David Landeros.

I hate that I have to write this, but I'm not sure what else to do at this point. I initially had a great experience, like many mentioned in previous reviews.

They attempted to fix a leak in the roof, but I noticed it was still leaking. I called (since I already paid), at which time they said they'd come by to fix it. They did, but it still leaked. Since then they haven't been very responsive. I finally got in touch, at which time they said they'd come by on three different occasions, but never showed up. There was no phone call or follow up. I am still waiting to hear back.

My roof had a terrible leak, so it was important to get it fixed before it did any more damage. Landeros Quality Roofing provided a competitive quote, went out very quickly, and did a great job putting on a new roof with a very good guarantee. Landeros had the best reviews on Yelp, and I am very happy that I went with them.

After 20 years, an inspection of our home found 4 areas of dry-rotted wood on the roof. We contracted Landeros Quality Roofing Service for repairs (and, this was not the only roofer to bid on the job or the least expensive). A great deal more work, than one probably suspects (including us), went into repairing our roof (removing tiles, replacing and priming dry-rotted wood, repairing and replacing tar paper and flashing, restoring everything back including replacing broken tiles which they supplied, painting the exposed flashing and vents to match the roof, installing a system to reduce the growth of moss, etc.). Attaching photos to illustrate just the repair on two of the dry-rotted areas, and a final one following the painting to show how incredible it looks now.

It was discovered that improperly installed flashing was to blame for the dry-rooting, and that a 5th area was improperly installed and also repaired (even though signs of dry-rooting had not appeared, yet). Francisco Landeros is coming back today (9/17/2019) to perform a follow-up check of the roof after the painting was completed, to check and if necessary to replace any tiles broken from the painting. I highly recommend Landeros Quality Roofing Service and would call them again without hesitation for any future repair or maintenance of our home's roof. Friendly and professional service with integrity. Thank you to Francisco and David, and to the whole team that worked on our roof.

I am usually the one to give compliments, not on this one, I am sad to give Landeros Roofing a bad review, we are very disappointed and feel deceived, and would like to warn others about it, I know of a few other people that feel the same

Have had on-going water penetration problems with this roof, for years. Had two different roofers out to find the leaks, they apparently only did cosmetic, quick repairs, because the leaks returned.
Finally found David Landeros who took quite a bit of time tearing into the roof to find the problems. By this time I had several areas where the plywood had rotted and allowed water in. Dave's crew removed the tiles, removed and replaced several large areas of rotted plywood, then replaced the paper and flashing where needed. They did a thorough and professional job, even purchased matching paint and painted the new wood and gutters to match the house - looks like new, can't tell there was any damage.
They did not have the lowest quote, but after using two low-priced roofers previously, we knew we had to hire a professional.
