Called last week, and Tammy had Todd come out the following day for a quote. Initially they were booked two weeks out, But next day they called and had a two day window for the next week. They did a great job rescreening the entire lanai, pressure washing aluminum structure, and cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommend them.

Great work! When I bought my new home last November I had no idea what a lanai was being a Texan. I asked my neighbors who did their lanai and they told me. I called and made the appointment and within a week they came out and did a great job. Recently because of weather the lanai screens needed to be repaired and they came right out and fixed it. Quick work, very responsive and customer oriented! Highly reccomended.

I can't advise strongly enough to stay away from Todd and Lanai Guy. The unprofessionalism and attitude Todd displays to his customers is not just a one-off I experienced as you'll find if you review his negative reviews both on Google and Facebook. On a number of occasions, he has disrespected customers via text if he doesn't like or agree with the direction the conversation is going. If things don't go perfectly with your job, you may be the next person he speaks to like this.

In terms of our overall experience with the company, it couldn't have possibly gone worse. We hired Todd to install a 10x20 ft screen room on the back of our house. While the process started smoothly, everything turned into a nightmare once the work started. What should have taken a week to complete took three months and far more aggravation and babysitting on my part than it ever should have. Todd hired a concrete subcontractor who he never used before and did not supervise at all or provide any direction which ultimately led to multiple errors and inconvenience that kept us from using our backyard longer than originally planned. As a result of the mistakes, Todd offered to cover the cost of pouring acrylic on the slab to cover the clearly visible difference in concrete color caused by his concrete guy's error and subsequent repour. When I asked him if the entire slab would be covered, including the concrete outside of the frame of the room, he threatened to renege on his offer to include the acrylic. If it were up to Todd, I think we would have been left with a bad slab that was too pitched/steep, and he would have asked his subcontractors to try to 'smooth it over' with us so we were not unhappy. Fortunately, both the screenbuilder subcontractor and the acrylic subcontractor persuaded Todd to rip up the slab and start over due to how poorly the original slab was poured.

All in all, we had to endure the back of our house getting worked on for 3 months, 11 weeks longer than we were originally told. The slab was completely jackhammered up and repoured, and the frame of the screenroom was put up and taken down three times throughout the process.

While the completed product did turn out good, I couldn't have imagined a worse path and experience to get there. Do your due diligence and find another option.

I cannot stress how relieved we were that ""The Lanai Guy"" team communicated so well with customers. From our initial contact to final wrap-up, they did a great job keeping us in the loop! Any options were clearly explained, everything required was brought with them and - they were ON-TIME !!!

Having received quotes from 4 sources they were very fair.

There are no flaws or wrinkles in the screen. All edges are well trimmed and the spline is completely depressed. No damage was done to anything. All debris were picked up and taken away.

Over-all we feel that this was a great experience and will enjoy many a bug-free night thanks to the Lanai Guy!

Lanai Guy was great to work with and very professional. I called a few different companies and they were the first to respond. Tammy was very nice, easy to work with and came out within a day to provide a quote herself. We were able to get on the schedule within a week and the guys that came out to install the screen worked hard and did a tremendous job. We're very happy with everything from the initial call all the way to the follow-up call right after the job was done.

Just wanted to give this business a shout out! We got several estimates for screening our patio, The Lanai Guys gave us a good bid. We were told by other businesses that it would take 4-6 weeks to get us in the cue to get the project completed. However the Lanai guys had our lanai installed within the week, the bid was accurate, they were very good people to work with. Walked me thru decisions I had no idea, such as which way to open the door. they were attentive to details, such as they discovered a flaw in the screen when installing it, so they went back to the shop to get a replacement. They walked me they the Warranty and I'm very pleased with the quality job!! A lovely new addition to our home. Thanks Lanai guys!
