Initially, we operated as a General Contractor, remodeling homes for both investors and homeowners. We have completed extensive renovations on numerous homes and possess significant experience in all facets of home remodeling. We handle everything from kitchen updates to comprehensive rebuilds.

In 2014, Jeff Lampton established McKinney Remodeling LLC, having started in the industry in 2000 with carpentry, wood flooring, and tile work. By 2004, he was remodeling foreclosures for a bank, managing as many as 10 full rehabs monthly. In 2014, he joined a Houston-based GC to oversee the Dallas portfolio for real estate investors purchasing properties to rehab and retain in their rental portfolios. He worked on up to 25 properties per month for over two years.

In 2016, Jeff committed to his passion for enhancing homeowners' properties into something they can truly cherish. Having stepped away from working on properties for Real Estate Investment Trusts, he devoted his time to expanding the business and working directly with homeowners.

Roofing has been a core part of our business, and in 2016, we launched a specialized division focused on delivering superior products and customer service. A Texas A&M University graduate, Jeff Lampton has resided in the DFW Metroplex for more than 20 years. He is a devoted husband and father of two lovely daughters. His commitment to honesty and integrity ensures that every customer is treated with the greatest respect.
