McKinney Remodeling LLC was founded in 2014 by Jeff Lampton, who began his career in 2000 with carpentry, wood flooring, and tile installation. In 2004, he began working on foreclosures for a bank, handling up to 10 complete rehabs per month. He joined a Houston-based General Contractor in 2014 to manage the Dallas portfolio for real estate investors acquiring properties for rehab and rental. For more than two years, he oversaw as many as 25 properties monthly.

In 2016, Jeff decided to concentrate on his true passion: transforming homeowners' properties into something they can take pride in. Having stepped away from working on properties for Real Estate Investment Trusts, he devoted his time to expanding the business and working directly with homeowners.

Roofing has always been integral to our business, but in 2016, we established a dedicated division for this sector, emphasizing top-quality products and customer service. Jeff Lampton graduated from Texas A&M University and has lived in the DFW Metroplex for over 20 years. He is a devoted husband and father of two lovely daughters. He infuses honesty and integrity into the business, always treating customers with the highest regard.
