We had the company come repair our roof after a leak. It was only about one square big.... as you can see the roof leak is now WORSE than it was prior to the ""repair."" In our bedroom we had a leak as well which has now turned into cracking and dripping from the roof. We attempted to contact the company , left a voicemail, and have had no return call or any attempt at reaching out. I get this can be a tricky thing but seriously, no attempt at calling back to try and remedy the problem? Any respectable business would have called and apologized and attempt to remedy the problem.

Lamb came out to repair a roof leak in March 2017. The roof started leaking during the recent rains. I called Lamb. The owner told me ""I was lucky it lasted as long as it did"". I was incredulous. Nobody warned me that Lamb only did repairs that I should be lucky they last less than 2 years. After the repairs, I replastered the wall and painted the house. I certainly would not have spent that money if Lamb had warned me that it only performed half assed repairs. If you are satisfied with repairs that last for one rainy season, Lamb is the company for you. If you want more, go with another company.

Had Lamb Roofing Company come to my home to fix a leaking roof. We chose them based on excellent work they'd done for the home on a prior occasion. However, we were very disappointed with the end result this time and the attitude of the office manager Lauren. Within a few weeks, the leak was back. When we called, Lauren told us that it hadn't rained and she checked the weather forecast and there was no precipitation. Outrageous! So I made the leak up? Now... four times later. The leak is still there. And actually got worse! Most recent time we called, we were told they don't guarantee repairs and that's part of life. They were paid to fix the leak. The leak was not fixed. I don't see what I'm missing here.

This is the second time I have used Lamb and I would highly recommend this family owned business. They do not try to sell you a new roof but inspect the roof to see where the problem is and fix the problem.....When you call and talk to Lauren you are instantly put at ease over a stressful thing like a leak....She is part of the Lamb family too...and quite an asset for the company....I called and they were out in just three days,....and the job is not only done but they will come back in six months to reinspect their work....

Called Lamb Roofing to repair a couple of loose asphalt tiles. The office manager Lauren was very responsive and was able to schedule a team to come out the next day. Given the amount of rain we have had in LA these past few weeks, it has been difficult to find roofing companies that are even able to return phone calls and email inquiries in a timely manner, let alone be seen so quickly. The repair was done efficiently and professionally. Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Had a leak during heavy rain. Yikes!

For something as serious as a roof, we researched companies and made requests for quotes. Lauren, the office manager at Lamb, called this morning and said that if in this heavy rain, we only had one leak, we most likely DO NOT need an entirely new roof!

We had had another roofer (not Lamb) inspect yesterday -- he told us we need an entirely new roof and did a ""temporary patch"" of tar (not a 3 or 4 step patch that would be permanent -- which is what Laura said Lamb would do). This other roofer claimed that our plaster house has cracks in the ceiling because of the bad roof! WRONG! The cracks happened before the rains and it's due to expanding soil, a dry season and the use of sprinklers.

Several other roofers whom we spoke with over the phone each decided that we need an entire tear-off before even coming to look at our roof and (and one told us that he will ""work with us"" on the price if we will show other roofers' quotes to him...hmmmm).

My experience with Lamb was completely different from the other roofers. Lauren explained a lot about roofing to me and said that after the busy season, in about a month, they will come and look at our roof to see if we do need anything done to it. She explained that Lamb would have done a 4-step patch to the roof but that the guy who spread tar over the leaking spot on a rainy day for very little did well for us even if it's not the kind of patch Lamb would do.

Lauren at Lamb earned my trust today. I look forward to having Lamb come and assess our roof as soon as they are available when the rainy season is over.

Thank you, Laura!!!

Thank you Lamb Roofing (Wayne). Amazing person, alot of knowledge & information about the roof. Amazing job, great quote. I talked with two other roofers, one never showed up for the job. These guys were professional, clean, prompt and on time. They finished when they said they were. Showed me pictures before and after, and even told me what to expect in the coming months. I would recommend this company if you have anything wrong with your roof. P.S. Thanks for the dog treats.

I called lambroofing as my HOA president recommended and when they came out after the heavy rain that recently occurred and put some silicon caulk on the cracks hoping it would stop the leak in my master bathroom ceiling. Well its raining as I am writing this review on a Christmas evening 12/25 and suprise suprise my roof is still leaking. Instead of trying to fix the issue or investigating it when he came out he actually tried to argue with us telling us that the roof that is rotted underneath is ok and that the sealed cracks would stop the leak. I would never ever recommend this company. It seems like the company does mickey mouse patch up work instead of dealing with the root cause of the issue.
