- We provide three replacement sheets of OSB plywood.
- Installation of ice and water shield around all vulnerable areas (flashings, valleys, vents) at no extra charge.
- We guarantee five nails per shingle.
- A registered manufacturer warranty and a five-year workmanship warranty are included as standard.
- Complete cleanup and disposal of old materials (debris, nails, etc.).
