Glenn Laborde, with Laborde's Roofing, was paid to change the roof on my 16 x 80 mobile home. He was paid 1/2 of the total cost up front to ""order materials"".
After almost 2 weeks of it raining in my house, I still have no roof. He tore of the back side off my roof when he was told not to until he had a crew to help him. He says they are on the way but the never show up. He put felt paper over rotten wood that was asked multiple times if he had changed. He also just covered over a large hole in my roof with felt paper. I have a hole in my ceiling from it raining for 2 weeks.
Please beware of using Glenn Laborde with Laborde's Roofing!! It will be excuse after excuse of why he hasn't fixed it.

He is a nice guy. Very considerate. Said he was having a lot of personal problems. But he didn't tell me any of this until after I gave him a check for$7500.00, $3000.00 and $1250.00 for a dumpster that never showed up. I have asked him for my money back. Have not heard from him at all. I am 75 years old and don't have a lot of money. This will set me back a lot. Maybe the DA can help me with a case of theft.

My rating is 0!! Glenn hasn't been back in 14 months to finish my roof. I've been promised he will return constantly and my roof is still not finished. Wood beams exposed, water coming in, I had to tarp it myself because they left the job and said they would be back the next day. It's been 14 months...

If I could give 0 I would. I have a leak at my skylight that they came out to fix. They tried sealing it and told me if it was still leaking they would come back at no charge (since I already paid them) well it's still leaking and getting them to come back is impossible. I call and they say they will come and never show up. This has been going on now for 2 months.
