Wonderful. Amazing. The service was phenomenal. LA solar group beat the price of two quotes I had from competing companies. The install was quick and easy. 2 days total, and the gentleman that did the install were both cordial and did very clean work.

I bought my unit and I cherish my decision.

LA Solar Group was recommended to me and I can't be happier I made the decision to go with them. Ara was great along the way, making sure to patiently answer my many questions. He quoted me about 4-6 weeks I think for installation and system was fully operational in a little over two weeks!!! That includes city permits and city meter installation. I could not believe how fast it happened. the 8.5 kwh system has now been operational for about three weeks and produces an average of 50kwh per day. I am not yet sure if that is what it's supposed to be doing. I would and have already recommend Ara and LA Solar Group to several friends.

This is a late review. We initially met with LA Solar back in October 2015 and we got off to a rough start with our contract negotiations, measurements, panel placement, output and pricing. But then ARA got involved and things went significantly better from then on.

We finally got our system installed in February and we absolutely love it.

The crew that installed the system were very nice and professional. They were quick, efficient and did a great job.

Although we got off to a rough start, we did have a great ending. Our last bill from So Cal Edison was $10!

I just purchased a system in December. The salesperson was professional and the installation flawless. They advised me in every area and never tried to sell me something I didn't need. I thought the prices were fair and competitive.

My fees to Edison have gone from $360 per month to less than $10. Working with LA Solar was one of the smartest investments I have ever made.

Had LA Solar install a solar system on my house. My salesman David was very friendly and helpful. I promised my wife that we would not have any panels visible from our street and David devised a system that would do that but was overturned by the engineers, so we have panels on every roof surface. Rather unattractive but oh well.
After installing all the panels on our garage were not generating any current at all, but LA Solar came out 7 times until they finally figured out the problem, so props to them for their persistence.

I evaluated several solar companies and decided on LAsolar for a number of reasons. 1. Overall best recommendations from Yelp and other review sites. 2. Best bang for your buck per Kwh of energy production over the lifetime of the system.

I had a 9.3 KW, system placed, with 30 LG solar panels, solar edge power optimizers and inverter. I reviewed their installation techniques and materials (my main concern was the roof penetrations) and I was satisfied with their roof penetration / racking system. They have a broad range of panels and inverters to choose from so they can design literally any type of system that a customer can conceive.

Steve our Sales rep was always available and ready to answer my questions. Their scheduling coordinators were on top of my project, and their roofing and electrical contractors were knowledgeable, courteous, and provided a clean installation both functionally and aesthetically.

The solar edge website / phone application in combination with the SCE website provide me with all of the energy production / usage data that I want and need.

I have only had a week to evaluate my system but everything seems to be running well and power production has been as expected. If i continue my current electrical use, I expect a 100% Return on Investment in about 6.5 years. If I buy or lease an electrical vehicle in the near future, then this time frame will be shortened even more.

Came in at a great price and found ways to save money by using existing electrical panel - no up-charges or gimmicks. Took a bit of time to for them to coordinate with City and DWP, but staff was professional and took their time to fix problems and address issues.

At best... these guys are difficult to deal with. Some of the staff members are really great and I feel bad for those folks as I write this, however... The lack of communication, coordination, delays, CONSTANT mistakes, fighting with the inspectors, lack of general concern for the customers and general ""we're right and you're wrong... even if you can prove it"" is over the top. They have ""dropped the ball"" at every single corner. I truly regret signing a contract with them.

They are 2 months behind on their commitment to me, there have been CONSTANT ""mis-communication"" issues with them. Which are ALWAYS blamed on me, even after I've shown them proof is way their fault. And once Ara was involved, things only got marginally better.

I really, really, wanted to believe the other reviewers on this site, I was comforted about the level of response and ""fixing"" customer satisfaction issues, but I've definitely have not received the same level of respect nor customer service.

I'm fed up with their ""process"" (or lack there of) and currently exploring my legal courses of action.

Special note to Toni: Sorry, I wish things had progressed better. I definitely appreciate all the help and sanity you tried so hard to apply to the project.

La solar group... Where can I start. As a former photovoltaic specialist I have worked with 2 other solar companies. What did I learn from working for a huge company towards a smaller company? That a big company is all politics.. You won't ever grow. They make you feel like the biggest star one day, and the next you're nothing to them. Working with la solar, I have had many more opportunities. It's up to one self to move in a company. To be noticed and stand out, work your hardest. Nothing you say or do will go without it being noticed. Shout out to all my hard working teams under the sun. It's a struggle sometimes, but we do it for a better tomorrow. #gosolar #lasolargroup
