An entirely new crew came out yesterday and did the job properly by soldering the joints. We do not understand why we had to demand that. Silicone has 1/5th the lifespan of soldered metal.

Scheduled an appointment with Robert to have someone come out and take a look at my roof which was due for replacement as soon as possible before the rainy season started. Alan and Robert had came out in a timely manner and provided with an inspection and estimate on my shingles roof replacement. They were very knowledgable in what they do. I decided to move forward with their estimate as it seemed fair and trustworthy and as excepted I was not wrong. They started the work fairly quick and did a spectacular job! I now have a brand new shingle roof that I trust will not leak for many long years. I feel confident in their service I am very happy with the results. Alan came over for a roof replacement estimate and kept his promise to not charge for the inspection despite their having a policy to charge for home buyers in escrow. He gave some very valuable advices regarding the roof condition and provided all information I requested, such as shingle brand, warranty information and construction time. I'm pleasantly suprised and hope that Alan and company can give a competitive estimate to get the work done.

This is a funny review because we didn't end up hiring LA Roofing Services BUT a man did come out to assess our problem. It was really our porch floor / garage roof that has the leak, so rather than overcharge us, he strongly recommended we reach out to a waterproofing company which would cost less and be more efficient. The fact that he was honest, direct and extremely kind was SUPER appreciated. If/when we have an actual roofing issue, I will most definitely call them back. Thank you for your help!!!!

Alan did a great job of replacing the roofs on my house and detached garage. The roofs were in terrible shape and caused leaks in my house when it rained. They also required some plywood patching and a layer of new OSB boards due to extensive water damage and old age of the wood. Alan came by on a Sunday for the inspection and estimate, and his team started the job early the next morning and got everything done by Saturday. See attached pics for before, middle, and end of job. I'm very happy with the work.

If you are looking for a roofing company but dont know who to go with. Just ask for Alan, these guys are TOTAL professionals and a great team.

The job i was looking to have done was not big. It was my garage which was just shy off 500 sq ft of roof replacement. Nonetheless, first day of construction there were 6 people at my house ON TIME with masks to go over the details of the job one more time. Even the color of shingles was changed after the foreman looked over it. This would have been terrible if we went with original color but now it matches the rest of the house perfectly. This was a big plus!!!!

Alan was the point person who i spoke to from start to finish. Great guy, not willing to compromise safety for aesthetics. He will be firm on details if it impacts code/safety and im glad because he was right about everything!!! Hard to negotiate with but still willing to work with me on the final cost of the project.

5) Cleanliness - B ( wish they took the time to cover the effected area with drapes. Not sure why this is extra cost. Cleanup after the job was great but low mark for being extra charge).

Getting tesla solar installed and had an unscheduled home assessment done, i showed them the new roof in my garage and the guy said ""nice job"" so i got confirmation from tesla it was job well done.
