When I first looked at the Yelp replies, I thought sure, friends and family; maybe a few actual customers. I have used companies that 'bribe' customers with $10 or 25% off next visit kind of thing if the customer posts a five-star rating review. However, often these companies do not live up to what is posted. We thought we will call and see how attentive and competent this company is with how they treat customers and the actual work. There was one other company we considered though we discussed and had a few out to look at the job. There was one that was very competitive but I did not feel quite the security I did with La Rocque Roofing. Also, main reasons we chose La Rocque Roofing was their honesty and they did not bash other companies. No so and so did this wrong, no we have to redo this. None of that - just straight, direct, honest professionalism.

As previously mentioned, estimate was in January and signed contract start of February. The time we were instructed was correct. No nasty receptionist cutting us off, EVERYONE we spoke to was pleasant and supported the customer service of the company. I could tell speaking with Gemma that she enjoys her job and could hear the smile on her face.

Brian and Gemma continued to keep me informed as to the status of when the work would be completed and as it was completed. They managed to get us in earlier than expected. They WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND expectations and a special thanks to Linda La Rocque. I will not go into details but I will definitely use La Rocque Roofing when we are ready to do the rest of the roof! Brian and Gemma called and emailed through the entire process to keep us updated. We are very impressed with La Rocque Roofing and highly recommend if you are looking to have roof work done, they care about big and little jobs and it shows.

The roofers themselves were all three very pleasant and all stopped to say hello. They cleaned up completely behind themselves. Even blowing off the roof. Gave us a potential idea of the status of the rest of the finished roof. Craig the foreman stopped to talk with us and give us preparation going forward. We are very appreciative of this group workers. The roof just survived the rains - no leaks (I was concerned about the sealing with the cool weather of late) at all. Their work is superb!

If you are looking for roof work to be performed, look no further. La Rocque Roofing is the best.

Woke up to a puddle on the floor after the last rainy day! I put in a call to La Rocque roofs and Brian Henderson showed up within 24 hours. He walked through his recommendation with my husband.
The workers showed up in a timely manner and performed the work. Brian came to inspect the finished job. Glad my roof is ready now we need some rain!

This is my go to company for roofing and inspections. I have had Brian visit my home in Eastvale and my place of business in Colton and each time he was professional and knowledgeable of materials and workmanship and gave me the info I needed to pursue using their company or following up with warranty work by another company. Basically, they are not just after your money but more about educating the customer!

We just bought our home recently and needed our roof looked at and some vents added to our garage. Craig came out and took care of us! I love it when someone has pride in what they do he checked every thing out and installed our vents. For me when they clean up after themselves it shows me they care about my property!! I had La Rocque replaced my existing, leaking tile roof in 2004, and the job was done quickly, cleanly, and never any issues. Eleven years later in 2015 they replaced the weather worn original fascia boards from when the house was built in 1979, again all good and no issues.
I recently sold that house and moved into another, which had need for roof repair and replacement of dry rot rafters in a few areas. Once again all work was done on time and no issues. The prices for all work on all projects were reasonable and reflected the excellent quality work!
The field staff, work crews, and office staff are all polite, pleasant and professional. I recommend La Rocque without hesitation!
