I shopped around and received a few other estimates and ended up choosing La Rocque and I'm so glad I did! From beginning to end, my experience with this company was fantastic. Out of all the estimators that came to my home, Brian from La Rocque was by far the most prompt, professional, helpful, and genuine. Everyone in the office was wonderful and kept in touch with me through the duration of the job. The crew showed up on time, and cleaned up around my house as if they were never there! I also appreciated the daily emails from the office (Jill is amazing!) letting me know how the job was running as I could not be there during the day. I cannot say enough great things about this company and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family!

Just based on the way their truck cut me off and barely missed hitting me, I wouldn't use them. Rude dumb driver in Azusa on morning of 9/20/2016. Businesses with their information plastered all over their truck should take care to represent their business better.

La Rocque Roofing is BY FAR a service oriented company. I recently had a small leak in my roof and Guy sent his VP of sales out to examine the area in question. His team came out and seal what was the suspected area. After the rain last night (5/14/2015), I still noticed a small leak in my sons room. The company called me this morning to see if I still had a leak, which I did. Within a hour, the team was here, went into the attic and discovered the vent pipe was the source of the leak. They sealed it at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Brian Henderson came out with the team as well. They are so commited to insuring that the problem gets resolved.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LaRocque if you ever have a roofing problem. Their pricing is fair and will always give you an honest evaluation of the problem.

It happenes EVERY time NEVER FAILS when this company does work in my complex, I get a nail or two in my tire. It's happened on several occasions. Is it their company policy to just throw nails on the ground as they are working ? No regard for the residents and their property? This morning I'm trying leave and I find there is a gaping hole in my garage, I get in my car and I can hear debris falling on my car. At this point I get out. I don't feel safe leaving my home unattended while this company is here. I can also hear workers just talking nonsense social chatter. Unprofessional. I cringe every time I see their work trucks in my complex because I know I'm going to get that inevitable nail or nails in my tire, that is going to cost me time, money, and hassle.

I had a new tile roof installed by la rocque that they recommended with a 50 year gaurantee . It lasted 20 years and developed many leaks. I called la rocque to fix it and they said the tile manufacturer went out of business and the gaurantee was from the manufacturer and not them so was therefore no good. Don't trust them, they are not a good company to deal with and will not honor a warrantee.

Website prices are incorrect & was informed by the receptionist I spoke with this morning, prices went up two years ago. They would not honor price on website so I went with another roofing contractor.
