The team did an excellent job on my roof. Michael Novick was awesome! He answered every question. He was very patient and informative when it came to selecting the best roofing product. He went out of his way to assist in anyway he could. They were very fair and honest in their assessments. They worked with the insurance company to make everything seamless and timely. This work was done because my neighborhood had a bad Hailstorm and most of the houses had their roofs replaced.
Michael Novick, Regional Manager kept me informed, he is a great communicator, polite, very professional, always returned my calls and emails immediately and kept me informed. He always answered many questions no matter how many times I asked. I am someone that has exceedingly grand expectations, Michael and his crew exceeded my expectations. I got several estimates, and I reviewed several contracts before I made the decision to use L and M, I made the right choice.
The Warranty for the roof includes:
GAF HDZ 50 YEAR ARCHITECTURAL SHINGLES - WIND RATING: 130 MPH.
GAF SYSTEM PLUS WARRANTY and 10 Year Labor from L and M (when I was getting estimates I found out not all companies offer this).
Daniel did a fantastic job with painting the Fascia, Beams, caulked/sealed and painted back Patio Column. If you need painting done this is your man.
Andrew is one of the on-site construction managers, he was available the entire time the crew was working, he also answered questions for me.
L and M entire crew was professional, when they arrived that morning, they came to the door to let me know they were ready to start; the clean-up was done the same day.

I would not recommend this company. We bought a home in July of 2018, in which this company replaced the roof the day before we closed. In December we noticed the roof was puckering. Someone from the company came and looked at it and then said they would bring someone else to look at it. No one ever showed up so my husband made numerous calls to enquire about it and after several attempts, he finally got someone to tell him that the warranty had not been transferred. We then tried to get it transferred to us and was told by the company the warranty was not transferable to the the new homeowner. So now we have a roof that looks bad and a company that refuses to stand behind their work and fix it. Think twice before you call this company.

A hail storm recently passed through damaging my roof. I had three companies come out for an inspection and hands down, L&M Roofing and Construction stood out as company to go with. James came out for an initial inspection and then again when the insurance adjuster came out for the official inspection. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent and they showed up when they said they would be there. James handled all the paperwork with the insurance company making it a breeze for me. The completed work was top notch and the crew cleaned up perfectly when the job was done. Roof looks great! I highly recommend L&M Roofing. Very professional and friendly. You will not be disappointed.
