Roofing project is not one we have to deal with so often in our lifetime that is why good communication and careful planning is key to the success of this project. We are grateful to have Cole S. from LA Roofing together with Roy and his hardworking team working with us on this endeavor. Cole explained the roofing process extensively and he is there to answer our every questions. He follow through with the project to its completion. Project finished ahead of schedule. Julie, my wife, and I are very satisfied with the results.

Stay away from this company. My mother in law is over 80 years old and they were trying to charge her additional thousands more after roof was done. Trying to extort more money from a retired senior citizen. Who does that?? Terrible!

And another shout out to LA Roofing! With all the rains we had in the beginning of this year, we started having problems with a leak. It turned out it was not the roofer's problem, it was created by another company who worked on the roof after LA roofing. I called multiple times to that company and no one answered me. The only help I found in Roy, who works with LA Roofing! He went above and beyond, came here on time , even on a rainy days, corrected the other's company mistake with his guys. All that happened in the rainy season, when his schedule was very busy, but he always found time for me. Great job, very reliable worker! Highly recommend!

I was beyond impressed with Cole and the rest of his team at LA roofing. He sat down with me and explained the whole roofing process to me and diagnosed where my leak was coming from. His team then came out a few weeks later and did an amazing job on my new roof. They were incredibly professional and were in and out of the job before the rain hit later that week! George has done a great job on the inspection of the roof and explaining the contract. He responded to my questions in a timely manner. There was no mess after the work was done. Wish I could give 0 stars. Ray came over to give me an estimate. Told me I needed a new roof on the addition to my house (didn't end up being true). ""Only"" charging me $6.5k. I said I needed to get another estimate that week, and I'd call him by EOW. I did, let him know I'd like to move forward. He kept putting me off, saying they could come by next week. Next week comes, then it would be another 2 weeks. Then it becomes about a lack of materials. Then he tries to gaslight me and tell me I wouldn't make a commitment and didn't tell him I wanted to move forward. I sent him the screenshot of our texts where I explicitly told him that. Then he got angry and basically told me that the job was too small for him to make it a priority. I called the office, complained about him and she said she'd find out what happened and get back to me immediately. Never heard from them again. Got another great, HONEST roofer to come by who was straight with me, and fixed everything right up. Move on, don't hire L.A. Roofing

I highly recommend this roofing company. They were highly efficient, very nice, and they worked hard. When they came across an issue, they fixed it and kept working , keeping their original time frame and schedule. George was very professional and prompt. Nice work guys!
