I scheduled with them twice last year, and they never showed up.
No one reached out to reschedule after the first, so I contacted them, was apologized to, then got the rescheduled date (no time, but that seems normal for businesses here), only to have no one show again. I even filled out their contact form months later (2 months ago now), and no one ever reached out.

Had my flat roof over my garage done aprox. 4 years ago the roof has leaked and damaged dry wall since then. I called Kuzak when I failed wind mitigation because the roof had buckled they showed up and looked at roof adivised me they would be here Friday but never showed up again. I would suggest you stay away from this company.

Do not use! this roofing company is the worst. The owner personally promised to take care of our roof and never did. He took our money and did not give us the promised work.

I had a roof repair done by them last October. We didn't have any hard rain since then until last night. The roof over the garage leaked again. I called the office this AM and the owner's wife said someone would check it out tomorrow morning. The owner himself showed up at 5 PM today to check it out. He fixed the problem and told me ""if you pay for a roof repair, I'm going to make sure it's right"". He then told me to call again if it leaked. THIS is customer service! 5 stars!

Since I had my roof ""fixed"", my garage roof has leaked several times, especially during the last hurricane. They refuse to come out or refund any of my money. I'd never recommend them again.

Do not use this roofing company. The owner has no idea what he is doing. We paid to have a leak fixed and wood replaced and over a year later, we still have a leak. He guaranteed his work, but after 12 trips to our home and about 6 different workers, who all said the job is an absolute mess, they decided they were not coming back. He fires workers and hires them back on the daily. This company is incompetent and I would never recommend to any of my clients, friends or family.
