They just finished our roof and did a great job. It looks beautiful! The demo was fast and the crew cleaned up and hauled everything away. The installation was also fast and again they left everything as clean as it was when they started. Kurt runs a great business and he and his crew are friendly and hard working. Recommend them 100%.

I had a really great experience working with Kurt! After being dicked around for months by another larger roofing company in the area, I had almost lost hope. Kurt came out and worked up a proposal and quote for the project in an extremely timely manner... and it was a much more realistic quote price wise for the job than anyone else. He was recommended to me by no less than 10 people in the community and I'm so happy i listened!

I got my old leaking roof completely torn off and replaced by a gorgeous new metal roof! Kurt was extremely competitive in his pricing, had very quick communication, and completed the entire job in no time at all. Kurt took the time to explain different options to me, and advised me about what would work best. The entire job from proposal, to ordering custom materials, tear off, clean up, and new roof took less than two weeks! I can't recommend him enough.

One of the best roofers in Lake Arrowhead area. We had hurricane force winds and it stripped off around 5' x 20' of shingles off my roof which exposed part of the roof down to bare wood. We were expecting rain and snow in a couple of days and Kurt immediately came to our rescue. He put up a temporary patch to keep the rain out and came back in a week and repaired the roof back to original. Kurt prevented any future water damage of my property by coming out immediately. I respect this company and I feel they go out of their way to help people with immediate problems.

Horrible, the day laborers working for this guy are useless. I dont mind who does the work as long as its decent but the owner is too busy at the golf course to oversee his operations. Leaking already, just want everyone to know that this place is a joke and the work is sub-par. Didn't want the workers back or to even claim the 1 Warranty on the roof since they did not do the job right the first time and are likely not legal (called licensed roofer to avoid this issue). Since the visit, I have had multiple roofers over to do estimates and work, all agreed the pervious team failed to do there job correctly. Thought I was getting a tax paying honest hard-working local, ended up with home depot style day labors doing their job wrong at the cost of a licensed and bonded roofer. Pathetic. Shame.

Great product and install. Kurt and his team worked hard and cleaned up everything after the job. Recent storms severely damaged the existing roof causing leaks into three rooms. Prior to the storm, Kurt checked and sealed the leaks until the new roof was installed. Any time I asked, Kurt arrived on time and did a job well done.

We are so grateful to Kurt and his team. We own a cabin in Arrowhead. During the worst snow storm in 7 years, we noticed our roof was leaking shortly after Christmas Day!! Kurt gave us a great price and was able to find a two day break in the weather to replace our roof. We are so relieved. We were up the entire weekend of Jan 20. Kurt Norlander recently replaced the roof on the house I am renting. Kurt and his crew did an excellent job. They were here every day, on time and ready to work. When they went home each day, everything was cleaned up and the tools and supplies were neatly stacked and out of the way. When the job was completed they did an excellent job cleaning up which was not an easy task since we were having a very strong windstorm that day.
