Horrible experience. I had contracted with Kenny to replace my roof and repair some minor interior ceiling damage. In the course of the roofing job, his crew stomped and pounded so hard that the ceiling developed giant cracks and pits. After he finished with the roof, I reminded him that he had agreed to repair the ?interior? as well. So his crew came over one morning and patched up the pits and cracks with some white stuff that was a different color from the ceiling and left. And that was it. They claimed they had met their obligation. Unfortunately, this was my first house, so I did not know the rule that you do not pay any service person the full amount due till they have completed the whole job to your satisfaction.

Worse, KS had not sealed the edges properly, so the roof started leaking one year later...

Do not hire this company at all! They just want to get your money and do a quick and dirty job. They do not care to take care of the roof when they did a bad job, and they never return your call. If they happend to pick up your call, they will not even hear your compliant but keep their month running and then hang up on you. Extremely unprofessional!

Case and point: I hired the company on November 2010 to install a torch down roof in Richmond. At that time, I told the owner, Fernando, that I was concerned about pools of water sitting on top of hte roof since it is a flat roof. He said he would install a cricket and raise the roof so the water would drain to all sides then flow down through the downspouts. He included this service in the contract that we signed. However, he did not install a cricket. Everytime after it rains, we are still dealing with pools of water sitting on top of the roof penerating through roofing material which causes mold generated on the inside ceilings. We called and tried to talk to him on multiple occasions. He won't even hear us talk, instead, keep running his mouth and say we need to pay him extra to install exrra downspouts, then hang up on us. He is not hornoring the contract and acting extremely unprofessional. He left us no choice but to pursue legal action against his company.
