Our new roof and facia looks great to us! The crew was on time and worked quickly. We received great customer service UNTIL they cashed our check.
Our roof from KS Roofing did not pass the town's inspection due to one part of the facia board not being primed, nails that were too deep into the facia board and nails that completely missed the wood connecting to the facia board in multiple places. We called the company so they could correct these concerns. We were told a worker would come by the following day- nope, no one showed. Three days later, we called again- the owner was very apologetic and and said he would send someone out immediately. Brien came out and told us that they would primer the facia board and connect the facia correctly but they would not fix the holes in the facia.It's been four weeks and NO ONE ever came to fix the issues. He also added that the permit was open for a year, implying that WE had time to fix their mistakes. I understand they may be busy but they sure had time to cash our $15,000 check! This company seems to care about doing only enough to get paid- not quality or customer service. I am just praying nothing goes wrong with this roof because I imagine we won't be able to get anyone from this company back out to cover ""warranty"" we were promised.
One petty annoyance- the significant about of cigarettes butts left in our yard and planters. No one smokes at our home and multiple workers were smoking while on our property- so I am certain they left cigarettes butts all around our home. I fully expected to pick up nails but picking up cigarettes butts that had been in another person's mouth during any time is really disgusting but during a pandemic even worse!

Kevin and his crew were completely professional got the job done quicker than we expected , kept us informed during the whole process . The roof came out beautiful. We are in the process of selling our home and the inspector went up on the roof to inspect it and said it was the best looking roof that he had seen in a long time. Coming from an inspector that does this all day long that meant a lot , thank you Kevin for your fantastic work. We appreciate you and your crew.

6 months after our new roof was finished a rain storm hit and there were leaks all over . ruined the ceiling and newly painted walls. We called Corey finally he answered said he would be over and after a few more calls he came over said he would be back. Haven't seen nor heard from him since.
it has been over a year now and had to pay some one else $600.00 to repair the roof. We are in our 80's and that's a lot of money for us. We are looking at more money to repair our ceiling . so no we would not recommend this company

He showed up at the time he told her with all necessary supplies and fixed her roof.

Had a roof I needed to have inspected on a house that is in escrow. Scheduled a time with Kevin to be there between 9-10 in the morning which was coordinated with the sellers and the listing agent to ensure they would be available for his arrival. I sent him a message at 10:30 to see how the inspection went and got a reply that he would ""be headed that direction soon"". The sellers waited around until noon and he never showed and I never heard from him again. Wasted the sellers, the listing agents and my time.
Completely unacceptable and totally unprofessional. If you say you're going to be somewhere at a certain time, follow through, or at a minimum, have some communication with your customers and let them know what's going on. Do yourself a favor and find another roofer with a bit more integrity.

Needed small patch work at my residence. Called Kevin on a Saturday, and he came to the house two days later. He evaluated the repair and fixed it on the spot. He went above and beyond what was required, material wise, for the repair. He was quick, efficient, and you wouldn't know that I had any repair work done. I have a tile roof, and previous roofers always have cracked at least one tile. Kevin new where and how to walk on the roof without breaking tiles.

Called to get an estimate from Kevin. He came out and was up front about what needed to be done. Kevin was easy to work with. His guys were very friendly and professional. He answered all my calls and texts each and every time I had a question regarding the work that was to be done. When the work was done Kevin came by to check on work and his guys cleaned up everything nice and neat. So far, pleased with the work and the look of the roof.
