We had hail damage from the storm earlier this year. They were extremely professional and kept us informed at every step of the way from when we first talked to them. Once they got approvals they needed, they removed the roof in one day, did a test portion, got the inspector approval and finished it on another day. Like with our neighbor's house, they kept the area around the house cleaned every day. They replaced all the rain gutters and painted or replaced all the pipes/vents to match the roof color.
