My friend was a subcontractor for these folks. Refused to pay them for their work, 0/10, would not recommend working for folks with little integrity.

KRG just replaced my roof crew we're here right on time. Jake from KRG was very professional and friendly great to work with and explain what was going on. Start 7 finished by 5. Crew cleaned up and Jake did a second walk around house. Would recommend this company to anyone needing a roof.

About two weeks ago, I decided that I needed to get my roof looked at because of 1). the roof was 18 years old and 2). I knew it had discontinued shingles on it. I decided to get on the interwebs and look around at roofers. As you can imagine, it was overwhelming and there were like 50 different companies you could choose from. I mean...how the heck was I supposed to know one roofer from the other and, depending on where you read the reviews, reviews could either be great or not so great. I was also nervous with choosing a roofer because the money I was using to pay for it was from the death benefits of my son who recently passed away and I did not want to be scammed out of it. You can never be too cautious. Anyway, a friend of my recommended KRG Roofing. The day that I was recommended KRG I talked to Mr. Colt. He was very professional, informative, and laidback (i.e. did not try to pressure sale me...which is a HUGE red flag to me personally). We talked for about 10 minutes, he asked questions as to what like I felt I needed, and we discussed the many options as it pertained to the roof. He even saved me 4-digits in cost by telling me that I did not need new gutters. At that point, I felt like He/KRG weren't just trying to make a buck off of me. I then set up a consultation. He came out a day or two after. He fully inspected the roof (took about 10-15 minutes), took multiple pictures, and showed me what he saw when we talked. He then stated that he felt like insurance would pay for the roof. I then decided to use KRG services. From the point, they were ""on the money"" with everything they stated to me and almost within a day of the time frame that Mr. Colt stated to me. Mr. Colt/KRG were also able to prove to insurance that I needed a new roof, the reasons why, and was able to get my insurance to fork over the cash which saved me thousands. As for the actual roofing crew, they were on the ball from daybreak until 7:10ish pm on the day they did my roof. They were fast, efficient, and clean working. They were thorough on the roof as well as cleaning up after themselves when they were finished. I will say that they worked nonstop for 12 hours (outside of a lunch break). As for the noise level since I was at home during it, it actually wasn't that bad with all things considered. My wife, who was working from on the day that the roof replaced, had minimal (if any) disruptions due to noise or roof issues. At the end of the day, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND KRG roofing. Everything that they stated would happen did happen in the time frame that said it would. They were on the money as I stated earlier for everything. I consider this a very trustworthy company.

I was referred to KRG and very happy with the beutiful brand new roof! They respond right away to calls and always ready to provide answers to any questions you may have. They also go out of their way to make everything above and beyond just good service. They made me feel like I was in good hands and I was! The new roof looks great and comes with a 10 year labor warranty. The job was scheduled pretty quickly. I highly recommend working with KRG to handle your roofing needs!

Affordable, efficient, and precise. These guys showed up around 8AM and were done by 4PM that same day. They matched the shingles to the rest of the house and the roof looks great. A very minimally invasive operation and they cleaned up after themselves exceptionally well. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a job well done for a reasonable price.

We were referred to KRG Roofing for our roof leaks and loose shingles. They sent out Colt to take a look and assess the damage. He worked with our homeowners insurance and our entire roof was replaced. After the weather cooperated the roof was done in one day. I recommend KRG for all your roofing needs. Awesome experience!!!

I strongly recommend AVOID THIS BUSINESS. I called the office of KRG for a roof repair. A roofer came to my house and identified himself as an employee of KRG. He worked on my roof and felt strongly that he had fixed the problem. He seemed to have done a good job. Much later it rained hard and my roof leak still existed ruining my newly painted ceiling and new carpeting. KRG admitted he was a subcontractor assigned by them to do the work but they totally refuse to take responsibility. I am out $1,100.00 and continue to have a leak. They are not responsive to calls or texts.
