My homeowner's insurance referred me to Kresta Roofing after I filed a claim. A very friendly representative named Lucy contacted me and worked around my schedule to set the appointment. The following morning, Brandon Green, one of Kresta's roofing specialists, arrived right on time. He spoke to me about the roof damage (which was discovered by a buyer's home inspector) and proceeded to inspect the roof.

Brandon was very professional and courteous, taking his time to explain some roofing basics and showing me pictures he took on several damaged shingles. He took the time to review the inspection report and was very thorough and careful to address those issues with me.

We were very impressed with the customer service that Brandon provided which was a blessing during a very stressful time!

Kresta Roofing replaced our entire roof over a year ago. I have delayed in writing this review so that I could include updates or see if we had any problems. The roof replacement went very well, they were prompt and provided a timely service. They cleaned up after themselves very well. I had no complaints with the roof that was replaced, and we have had no issues with our roof ever since! All in all: a professional company that provided a good service for a fair price. Who could ask for more?

After hail storm damage my shutters still were not painted correctly! It appears that painting and screen replacement are not their speciality. I'll be shelling out $$ to have my shutters painted correct or replaced with better quality not the cheap plastic car£ they used.

Kresta came out to inspect a leak. They were honest with me and it turned out to be an old leak that had already been fixed. Later that day I noticed a tile had slipped on another part of the roof. Called and Kresta came out the next day to check it out. Was a simple fix...only took 30 seconds so didn't charge me. That will earn you a customer for life! Also, without me asking, he double-checked the old leak since it had rained the night before.

They did an excellent job. If you're in a hurry you might be frustrated with the time it takes to finish the job (as we were), but maybe it was because the work was done after a hail storm and there was lots more to do.

Very pleased with this company. Had my roof replaced following the hail storm. I was given an accurate estimate, and they helped work with my insurance company. I was not pressured to use Kresta. I compared their proposal with other companies, and based upon that comparison and recommendations from friends I went with Kresta. I was happy with my decision. The workers were efficient, respectful, and each day an effort was made to clean the work area. At the end of the job one of the supervisors inspected the roof with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. The area was left cleaner than when they started. I would not hesitate to recommend Kresta and will definitely use the company again should the need arise. I believe they are honest, do high quality work, and want to make sure the customer is happy at the end of the project. I can't ask for more than that.
