We have had two sizable hail storms this Spring so I had been thinking I might need a roof inspection. When Dallas Smith came by and knocked on our door, I listened to him and liked our conversation. He asked if he could provide a no obligation roof inspection. I thought he seemed honest and knowledgable so I said yes. He climbed up on the roof then brought Eduardo back to fly a drone over and check a few more places that were hard to see. The bottom line is that they told us we had some damage but not enough to warrant filing an insurance claim. I believe they did a thorough job and were very honest not to try to talk us into something we did not need. I will keep their contact info if I need attention to my roof in the future.

Total tear off, all new roof and cleaned up. I'm in the very north of Texas and it was no problem for them to come from there to here. I can't say enough about KPost! After doing A LOT of research and getting three bids to replace a damaged roof I decided to go with Kpost. Kpost is a reputable company with a long history in North Texas. The Kpost team that handled my insurance claim were knowledgeable, friendly and most of all HONEST - thanks Jack Flowers and Kyle! The roof replacement was high-quality and professionally done from beginning to finish. My neighbors were so impressed that Kpost is replacing their roof today. I highly recommend.

After USAA rejected my initial claim of cumulative wind and hail damage to my roof, I was very frustrated and ready to throw in the towel. Robert Baldwin of KPost, however, advised me to escalate my claim by invoking an appraisal process in my policy that required a re-inspection with an independent adjuster. Long story short, USAA changed its decision and agreed to pay out for a new roof, saving me $15k. USAA was very non-responsive and difficult but Robert kept pressing over six months until we got them to act.

Then when it was time to replace the roof, his team did an excellent and professional job under a tight timeline.

Robert and KPost will definitely get my business in the future. I highly recommend them.

I had my roof replaced last fall by KPOST. Their rep Matt Harmon was professional and helped work with my insurance company to replace my roof quickly. His crew did a great job installing a quality roof. They completed the job in a day and cleaned the job site well.
Matt also had great recommendations for, and helped to schedule contractors to restain our fence, replace our old hail damaged gutters, and repair water damage from our roof leak.

We had our roof replacement done by KPost Roofing. Matt came over and took the time to explain everything wrong and what they could do. I have received 3 other quotes from roofing companies and this company by far was a blessing. Excellent customer service! I would highly recommend this company. So here we are in the middle of a pandemic and KPOST decides to go door knocking. No mask, no gloves and tried to open my storm door.
Card says it was Larry Parks. Well, thanks Larry, I had to get your stupid card off of my door, dispose of it and then wash my hands for 20 seconds.

Since contractors need to be registered with the City of Frisco, I called to check on it. I was told KPOST is registered, but that their insurance has expired.

Josh with KPost came by to check our roof today for hail damage - a few of our neighbors have had their roofs replaced in the last year so we were curious. Josh completely checked out the roof and gutters. He was extremely professional and honest. Luckily we do not need a roof replacement right now. KPost is clearly a reputable company. Excellent company who was on top of getting my roof replaced. First time in ever having a roof replaced and Bradley was excellent in explaining the cost, what they would do, etc. They have a follow up team that comes out the following day, or in my case the next business day and makes sure I am happy with it and it's done correctly! Awesome job!
