Koolau Roof Tech is an excellent roofing company. Since we are in the process of installing solar panels & our asphalt shingle roof is 17 years old, but not quite ready to be replaced. Koolau Tech was the only company that had the answer for our roof, Renuvenation, instead of replacement. None of the others recommended reroofing, but didn't have anything to recommend.
We were so fortunate to have found Koolau Toof Tech!!! Our roof is now ready to be installed. The rejuvenation has a 5 year warranty as well!!!

I was able to Communicate with Kirt through emails and texts as I travel a lot. He rejuvenated 3 of my neighbors homes roofs and results were great. Kirt did my home a couple days ago after giving a free estimate with photos and suggestions, suck as sealing my air vents from Birds.

His estimate was impressive and he keep in communication on exactly what he and company can do. He sealed my roof from some loose stings, sealed nail holes and then put the rejuvenation on the roof. He was so thoughtful he even covered my neighbors suv in case of overspray

The most impressive thing about Kirt imo was that I was dealing with a truly nice and host guy who did what he said he would do and the constant communication and before and after photos are a keeper.

If you are looking for a good roofing company give Kirt a call. You wont be disappointed. I know I wasn't and neither were my neighbors
