As a Tallahassee homeowner, I purchased my home from a former owner who had replaced the roofing, shingles, underlayment, and boards in 2018. More recently, in 2022, I noticed mold growing under the roof overhang on the painted boards. Probing around I discovered a large amount of rot and water-damaged board. I realized a had a large problem on my hands. I found out that Koch Brothers had installed the roofing in 2018. I called their office, and spoke to the office manager, Eva Marie. I told her about the issue, and she said that the roofing was still under the 5-year warranty on labor and materials. She said a crew would be out in the morning to take care of the problem. Sure enough, a crew of 5 people arrived first thing. They removed all the damaged wood that could be found, replaced the boards with new (probably white pine) boards (which are not as water-resistant as yellow pine) laid down new tar paper and shingles to match the existing shingles, and caulked the new boards well. They cleaned up after themselves and took all waste away. The cost to me? $00.00
While I didn't pay for the re-roofing in 2018, Koch Brothers honored the warranty paid for by the prior owner. And while I can't be sure that the water damage wasn't there four years before, but had been ignored by the roofers, the damage was repaired and made right as much as it could be, at no cost to me. I would highly recommend Koch Brothers Roof Repair on the basis of their integrity, and apparent professionalism in the way they manage their business, and due to the hard-working performance of their roofing crew, supervised by Sean.

I hired them to fix a leak in my roof. The leak was between the flashing and the chimney. They came out and made the repair and I paid them however now not only is there a leak still at the chimney, there is also a leak at one of the nails where they replaced shingles. I've called them to get them to come back out and I sent them pictures/videos showing the leaks but they won't send anyone out to fix it. Waste of time and money.

I contacted Koch Brothers to get an estimate for the repair of a roof leak. The owner returned my message within a few hours telling me his estimator would contact me. Five days later, the estimator contacted me asking if I was still interested in having my roof leak inspected. I responded several hours later acknowledging I would indeed like to proceed with the inspection. I was never contacted after that.

HOLY HELL IS THIS COMPANY AWESOME! From someone with unreasonably high expectations...they blew me away. I am so pleased I am beside myself in a way I have never felt before.
