We just had our roof done by Alex and his crew. They were professional and courteous and our roof looks fantastic. The price was the best that we found (and had MULTIPLE quotes). Alex even noticed a spot after we paid that he wasn't quite happy with and is going to come and fix it next week!! We are thrilled with our new roof!

We had our roof fixed exactly one year ago and it started to leak again after the big rain. We had a leak at the corner of the roof and Alex came out letting us know it actually leak from the air vent down and not where the leak was. They were fast came out and fixed everything with 1 year warranty. One year later during this big rain, the same spot leak again and actually got even bigger. I tried to call and texted but respond. Emailed them and had a respond someone will contact me for an appointment. After 2 to 3 days no one contacted me and tried to call again, still no contact. This whole process was going on for 2 weeks and not even one phone call and they just stop contacting me.

Overall, I think with new job, they are fast, but with warranty they are trying to ignore you. The reason I am giving 2 stars because they are fast with new service, but just hope they are fully fixed what they are claiming. I wouldn't take my chance and call them again even for new job.
