Patti S.Knox put on our new roof due to a tree falling on our house after hurricane Irma. 18 months later after they finished the roof.. hurricane Ian hit us hard! We have maybe 5 times that are loose. Knox VOIDED the warranty because of wind! Really!?!? When asked to come out and look at our roof, they now want to charge $500 to inspect their own work.. and $100 a tile!
DO NOT use this company! I am reporting them for price gouging! Take that Matt!
