We recently had our lanai enclosed with a screen. We're new to the area and went on a recommendation. I am so glad we did. Knox Aluminum said it would take 4 months before they could get to us. I am glad we waited. The quality of their work is top notch. They are a professional and service oriented company. As many times as I called them never once did they make me feel like I was a bother. The young men that sent out to enclose our lanai were professional, respectful and hardworking. They were very detailed and thorough. They took great care in what they were doing. The cost we felt was fair but base on the quality of workmanship we would have gladly paid more. I would highly recommend this company.

We are new to Florida, and we thought to extend our lanai... we tried one company and got stood up 3 x (mulisha ) .. went to Knox after seeing a screen in front door at a neighbor's house. So we took a chance.... And we are please with the results. It was a delay on the start date... but once our time came it's was on and poppin!!! Knox came with professionalism and got the job done!! We had a concern about the roof dripping in the "" valley "" of our roof where the water runs off our house. They came out and made sure everything was straight. After being here since 2018.... Knox has been our best business experience to date. Thank you Ken.. and you... Zanny ( who'd address all of my questions throughout the process). You guy ROCK!!!

This is the best company ever! Ken Knox, the owner came and inspected my windows himself; then sent his best crew.
Here is the background info: I had hurricane windows installed one year ago and I have been fighting with the original company for a year regarding the issues with the install. I contacted several window companies and I received quotes upwards of $30,000. These companies wanted to remove my awesome windows and replace with (what I consider downgraded) windows. Ken came to my home and inspected the windows and low and behold the quote he gave me gave me a heart attack - in the best way possible, he gave me a price I could actually afford and not have to finance. Knox aluminum is fair, fast, considerate and doesn't lie to their customers nor take advantage of them either. I do not know what or how else to put in words the peace of mind I have been given by this company. When it is time (now) to repair/replace my screened enclosure this is the company I am going to. I cannot thank you enough Knox Aluminum.
