I contacted them for an estimate and they responded in a timely manner. However, I had already hired another company to do the job because I needed someone ASAP. The employee who called me back asked me who I hired (none of their business) and then tried to plant seeds of doubt in my mind about the other company -- saying they will leave things off the estimate, will low-ball me, etc. -- even though the other company is very new and I'm sure the employee doesn't know them from Adam. This left a sour taste in my mouth and I won't contact Knowater for my roofing needs again.

Tip to businesses: Respect customers' privacy, and don't bad-mouth competitors just to try to gain a psychological edge. It's unprofessional.

Fast reliable crews and work done was exceptional. I would highly recommend Knowater Roofing for your roofing needs. Their work was quick and exceptional. Now on the other hand, please be careful of what is ""covered"" in as far as the certificate of completion is concerned. We received our Certificate of completion and there is one major discrepancy that I brought to Luke's attention. Just for the record, Luke, I do not appreciate the ""F"" Bomb being dropped on me during a phone conversation. I can see why our insurance agent became irritated. He became irritated the same way as i was during our conversation. The work on the roof and fence repair were great couldn't ask for better. The book keeping aspect of it though, has a bit left be desired.It does not matter if you have been in business for 5 years or 100 years the only way to keep good customers and hope for a favorable review is to NOT cuss them out over the phone. My wife was under the back patio and she heard you on the phone from over 50 feet away. Just saying. I will gladly entertain a face to face explanation of the bill when I hand you the final insurance check. Great roofing company by far.

One star is high for this company. They did a home remodel for me. Light switches don't work. There are several void spots in my paint job. LOTS of overspray too! They left trash on the job. I have several ""items"" missing. Some of my new doors won't close. Great promises up front but Luke Duell can't deliver because he's never on the jobsite! I would

We had these guys come out to fix a leak in our roof that had caused some damage to our guest bedroom ceiling as well. They gave us an estimate to do the roof repair and the ceiling. They came out the next day and did the roof repair and said they would be back the following weekend to do the ceiling. This was at the end of February. This is now the end of March and they never called or came back to fix the ceiling. Now we had another good rain Tuesday night and we called them Wednesday morning to come back as the repair they did was now leaking again in the same place to include leaking into the guest room. I too was instructed to leave a text, Luke did call later that morning and said he'd be out that afternoon and was I going to be home all day? I told him I would be and waited for him to show up. It is now Friday and I have not heard a word from Luke or any of his crew. Totally fed up!! Seems all he could tell us the first time is how busy he was..don't book a job if you can't get to it Luke...unprofessional!!! We will get the repair done with another company!!

These guys are a one stop shop. They do a lot more than just roofs. They installed my beautiful new wood floors, repaired some damage to my kitchen wall done by a different contractor and installed my new back splash. The crew is very friendly but constantly working. They cleaned after themselves too. I'm having them back to do some painting for me in the spring. Very satisfied.

Extremely unprofessional. I called their number and was instructed to leave a text. I could see this becoming an ongoing challenge in communication. Particularly if there were an issue regarding a call back to coorrect something after completiin. I also learned they have ni business address. Shaduy and nit worth your time.

These guys were great. I had a leak start with the last big storm and they came out the day I called, found the problem and fixed it very reasonably. They also did some roof maintenance and were truthful about my roof (that pending no bad hail storms I have 5 years to replace it- very good to know!).

They also do other remodeling work and flooring- I'm betting they are just as good at that!
