I recently contacted Jordan of KMR Roofing. I had a roof leak in the patio. Jordan was the so professional. I got such a wonderful vibe from him the moment he entered the premises. My roof leak turned out to be a little more complicated than originally anticipated, but that didn't discourage Jordan. He never left me hanging and had his people work until I got the resolution I wanted.
I highly recommend this company. If this is any indication of the type of work the rest of the construction group does, I'm all in. KRM will be the first group I contact, whenever the need arises.

Few months ago I use ygrene and the recommended me kmr, it too several months before the installation. Finally they installed my windows and few weeks later they came to install my sliding doors, the doors still need to be adjusted and do the final touch up. I have been trying to reach out for them several times with no answer back. I email them pictures of the issues , text them and leave voicemail and still no luck with them. I just drived to their office today and this one lady open the door , I explained to her the reason that I was there and she told me that she doesn't work there anymore, that she used be an accountant that she only went there to pick up some papers which I thought it was weird. I waited for over 40 mins and no one shows up at the office. This company sucks completely. They only interested on getting their money and dish you out. It has been over 2 months almost 3 and they haven't completed the job. I'm not sure if they even got a permit to do the job.

I would request the work be completed, and a partial refund for the work completed due to the complete lack of communication and continuous delay of the completed work.

So pleased with my windows and doors! I highly recommend using KMR to anyone in need of any of their construction services! They were very clean, professional and quality of work was amazing!

Had a wonderful experience with this company! We had a leak in our roof and called about five different companies for estimates. Two came and went and 2 days later never even called us with an estimate, one came without a ladder and therefore never even saw the roof, one estimate was pretty high, and then there was KMR. They came on a Monday, gave a detailed estimate and after we accepted they sent roofers the next day and completed the job within I'd say three hours or less. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and the turn around time is fantastic! Now we can go on our vacation this week without worrying about our roof leaking in this south Florida summer weather! Thank you KMR.
