DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!! Kelin roofing has not finished my project in the last TWO years and wants to be paid! I am not paying until they do their job. Not just that they also ruined my roof and there are leaks everywhere they also scratched my solar panels terribly! Please do not waste your money nor your time with this company.

this company over promises and under deliveries. after Ian we were told that they could do everything that included soffit fascia gutters and a new front screen porch. I thought to myself perfect I don't have to search for separate companies. they put our roof on with the wrong color drip edge as stated in the contract. the crew got black tar all over my paver driveway. I gave them the opportunity over and over to make it right. I could go on and on but I'm not going to just stay far away from this company. they also tried to get an additional $9,000 out of our insurance company. I believe that is insurance fraud.

Stay away. They are the worst company out there. Roof still have not been completed from
Ian. You Cannot get ahold of anyone and everyone is Spanish besides the salesman.

We had Klein roofing put on a new roof to our home. It took them one and half weeks to complete the job! They had a team from Texas come and do the job. They were the worse crew I have ever seen put on a roof. They threw trash all over my plants, broke 2 solar lights and a decorative stepping stone, cooked a meal in my flower bed on the front lawn, walked through my flower beds instead of on the sidewalk, put tarps down in some places then walked on the tarps, with my plants underneath. The owner came out after our complaints and nothing changed, it actually got worse. They blew the dirt off the roof into my plants and the front window, pelting it. They threw trash into my plant beds where they could have turned & threw the trash into the dumpster next to the bed. The most disturbing thing was, the roof failed the first inspection from the county. They were not putting the roof on per county code. They had to come back to fix the problems with code violations before the rest of the roof was completed. This took more time. Not a secure feeling. The initial order of supplies that was delivered was shorted 4 bundles of shingles. They ordered another 2 packs but they had different color run numbers. I had water in my bathroom when it rained one day during the installation. I watched many roofs being put on near me that took 2.5 days at the most. This took 1.5 weeks, it was one problem after another. We did our homework before signing with Klein and they had very good write ups and 5 star reviews. We even visited some referrals who raved about them. When the job was finally completed, Klein billed my insurance company another $6000 more for items that were not even used. My insurance co. declined the bill but gave then an extra $2700. Insurance fraud in my book. Now I know why insurance rates are so high. The salesman cam out whwn the job was completed to review the roof. We told him of the damages and all the problems we had during installation, he took pictures and appogized. Never heard back from him or the company. I will never ever, ever refer Klein roofing to anyone.

Sarasota and Bradenton Never use this company. The workers from Texas are good. But the managers here are not management material. Rob is sales and all you get from him BS and Pablo does not know how to supervise. My uncle and I both used them and had the same issues. Did not pass inspection, for me once and for my three times. Roof is good but aesthetically not. Black stripes going down a brand new metal roof. No flaps on the vent stacks, etc. Never an owner to talk to. Very disappointed and you will be as well.

There was a contract signed with this company in early November of 2022. It is now April of 2023 and the work has not been completed! i have been told over and over again that workers would be out to do the job and nobody shows up! i can't even tell you how many times that I have called the office and am told someone would get back to me and they never do. I have to add that the people I do talk to in the office are rude. Now they want to sent the salesperson out to pick up the balance of what I owe. Seriously?????? THE JOB ISN'T DONE! Stay as far away as you can from this company!!!!!!!!!!
