Excellent job, thoroughly done, and clean up was efficient and prompt. It was a windy Santa Ana winds Thursday, lost some tiles that hadn't been placed yet, and one fell off the roof and broke a glass table in the back patio. The guys came that morning, cleaned up, and made sure that the area was secure before returning the next day.

Pricing was very fair and even deducted the broken glass table, which was no one's fault. Roof good for another decade but would recommend to anyone looking for good quality at a great price and a hard-working, dedicated team of professionals

When the torrential rain and wind came through on January 11, 2023 it was frightening. The most scary part was the dripping noise that I heard a couple of days later. Then the corner of my bedroom ceiling turned green in an area about 3 feet square. My daughter found KJC Roofing online and Randy came out to look at it. He told me not to sleep in that room and a couple of days later sent two of his workers to repair the dry wall as he patched the roof. There were eight patches so I decided to replace the entire roof. I waited until their schedule opened up and I could get the roof done. They came and completed the new roof on July 25. It looks wonderful, has a ten-year warranty and passed the city inspection with flying colors. The workers were great and cleaned up everything. I would totally recommend KJC Roofing, I know that you would be very pleased with their work.

We highly recommend KJC Roofing. From our first telephone conversation with Kelly in the office to our last conversation with Randy who made sure we were happy with the repairs, they were wonderful. The roof repairs/re-paper was a lot more extensive than anyone expected and took a lot longer, but their crews made sure everything was cleaned up each evening before they left so made it a lot easier to get through it. They were also very transparent with costs and provided pictures of all the repairs that were made. You will definitely be happy if you choose KJC Roofing.

Not only do they do excellent work, the workers are experienced, courteous, and efficient. Randy and Kelly are wonderful people. They are knowledgeable and will take the time to explain their work and go over your project in detail. I had a small dripping leak into my house during the rain and high wind. Kelly was great on the phone and sent two guys to try a repair in-between storms. That didn't stop the leak, so Randy came out to measure for a partial roof replacement. It took MONTHS for their supplier to et the metal out to me, but Kelly and Randy kept me updated. Work day was Saturday...turned out the supplier sent the wrong material. Randy and the crew did an excellent pivot and fixed the leak problem in spite of the wrong stuff. NOW I'm waiting for the supplier to come pick up the unused material. I understand that things are bonkers in the trades now. I always knew what was happening with my project, and everyone at KJC was professional.

Things started out promising. We gave KJC Roofing a call because we have a small leak in our roof due to the heavy rains, and they have good reviews. Kelly picked up right away, and she said she'd try to get someone out the next day (Sunday). She mentioned if the leak can be fixed on the spot, the tech could do so, otherwise a tarp could be placed on the roof in the meantime while we schedule for the more complex repair. The $500 cost for the tarp would also be applied to the cost of the repair, should that be the case.

Sunday morning, I get a text from Kelly stating that the tech will arrive between 12:30 and 1:30, and to ""please provide payment of $500 either by check to them, or we can take a credit card by phone or you may Zelle payment. What do you prefer?""

Your reaction was the same as mine. No one has even seen the roof yet, so why are they automatically assuming we need the $500 tarp, and that the fix cannot be done today? When I asked Kelly about this, she responded that the text was a general one going out to all appointments today. Okay, so impersonal on top of the obvious for this company.

No, thank you. We canceled before they came out. Maybe they do good work in the end, but telling us what to pay the tech before he even arrives is no way to do business. 2 stars (instead of 1) for the fact they were willing to come out on a Sunday.

Kelly is AMAZING. I know roofers are in HIGH demand when its raining, but after reaching out to over 8 roofers, Kelly at KJC is the only one who was able to come through! They are quoting the repairs for me to move forward with so once that is complete, I will update with how the install went.
