I'm writing another review as a ""Repeat Customer"" based on their great job from 1st Tenant Improvement (TI) project they completed so successfully at my MedTech commercial building upgrade/maintenance required for my company to operate my R&D medical device facility in Fremont, CA. KITA performed an assessment & estimated cost quote for my ~6 acre property located south of Half Moon Bay, CA. Provided a very professional estimate for the Salt Air-proof storage shed installation, roofing/shingle repair/replacement and water proofing needs on my property. After successful installation & repair, they also quoted & completed other misc. needs on my property that included well water piping, electrical line extensions (underground), electrical outlets, LED lighting, Fence install/repair (Pressure Treated), outdoor kitchen deck & custom fireplace installation (Brick & Mortar). Again, KITA is not just a Roofing Company, they are versatile handyman operation, performed work under local & county coastal permits when needed/required and did a great job (even though it was ~50min. drive from their facility). They even built me a custom Salt Air-proof (Ceramic-Shingle) Lean-To Style Dog House with enough room for 2 Alaskan Huskies on my property and a ""Back-Woods"" efficient RV Septic System (dig/piping/compostable).
