Chris Gail, Harvey Rodriguez, Roger R. Van Den Bosch, Jennifer Kinnebrew of Kinnecorps LLC sole purpose is to defraud you of your monies. They are quick to have you sign a ""Assignment of Benefits Claim Contract"", collect initial payment (greater than 50%) and never perform services. Once checked cleared, Kinnecrops and its employees terminated contact. All calls were sent to voice mail. However, voice mails are almost always full. I tried diligently from September, 2017 until July, 2018 to work with Kinnecorp and its employees to complete the terms of their contract. I sent certified letters Kinnercorp. Kinnercorp responded with a balance due invoice for materials never received and services never performed.

Don't lose your valuable resources on this company. And for those who think I didn't do my research? I did, but at time there were no negative reviews in September, 2017 including the BBB. That has now all changed. See for yourself at The Jacksonville Better Business Bureau (BBB) has them rated as a ""F"". I hired them May 27, 2018 - paid in full first week of June. Today is 10/31/2018 still not one shingle delivered nor installed. Customer service communication is beyond difficult. To my knowledge they have 4 divisions, sales, service, production and accounting. They list the extensions you can dial, all of their voicemails are full. Call morning noon or night always full. I have called them more than 100 times in 5 months only been able to get them on the phone at work 5 times. Each time was a lying promise to come out on Wed to install. They tell you Wed so that you have waited until the 3rd day of the week and you only have two days of trying to get a hold of them to try to reschedule. I have taken so many days off waiting for them to install or come out only to have them not show up. It rains here, but in 5 months after they have told you, that you are the next roof they are doing. How many do-overs do you give anyone? I cannot recommend them, I have no idea if they do good work. OH and they ask you to sign a contract turning over 100% control of your insurance claim to them. State of FL is investigating to see if it is illegal.

DONT do it. Still need my roof repaired. They have my money.

do not let them have money or do your roof... they will not show up for months and then they will not pay the supplier and you will have a lein on your house and then the workers will show up to your house cause they didn't pay them either but they will take that insurance check... and you will be screwed..

Kinnecorp failed to comply with their own contract terms and in accordance with Florida Statue Section 489.105(3). Kinnecorp received greater than 50% of ""Assignment of Benefits Claim Contract"" for roof replacement and storm remediation. Kinnecorp was nowhere to be found after check was funded. Voice messages were rarely returned when you could leave a voice message. Much of the time the voice mail box are full. Sent letters to Kinnercorp. Kinnercorp responded with a balance due invoice for materials never received and services never performed.

This was one of the worst roofing companies to work for and I feel awful for my customers that went through the insurance process and never had their roof built.

Here is an example of just one of my customers and what they had to go through

Vincent Kwong was a personal family friend of mine. His insurance paid for his roof to get replaced. His insurance check was made out to Kennicorps and I turned it in to the office. Since I was the salesman employed by Kennicorps, I was supposed to receive 12% of the gross amount of the check. But I never received this payment nor any other money owed to me from this company. Roger Vandenbosch took the customer's check and deposited it into a company account. He did not build Vincent's job nor did he pay me for my hard work or for the multiple times I traveled to Orlando from Jacksonville for this job. Eventually, Kennicorps did build Vincent's roof but they installed the wrong color. This only happened after Vincent called and made several complaints. This story ended well because the roof was finally built. However, my personal friend remains very upset and was extremely angry at ME for the poor service he received from the company I represented at the time.

I have many other examples of disasters that went wrong for other customers that signed up through the company, as well as employees who were mistreated and used up for no pay.

Roger is a HUGE scam artist. I'm surprised he is not sitting in jail and doing time for all of the wrong things he has done to his clients. And, to top that off, he drags innocent, hard working people in to work for him and sets them up to take the fall and look like the bad guy all while not paying them for their hard work and dedication.

I personally had 8 clients sign up through Kennicorps and I have still not received any compensation. It has now been 2 years that Roger has owed me money.
If my commission was10% of the gross of each job and the average job is $10,000 I should receive at least an $8,000 check, which I would be happy with even though my commission was supposed to be 12%. The only reason I left the previous roofer I was working for was because a fellow friend told me about how much better Kennicorps paid. I would have ben happy to receive 10% of each job instead of the 0% I've actually received.I still have the signed agreement with both mine and Roger's signatures on it regarding the agreed upon commission. I actually tried turning this into a law firm but could not afford the up front costs.

When I realized what Roger was up to I tried taking matters into my own hands by contacting a previous customer. I tried to warn them that this company will take their money and not complete the work.
Because I did this,Roger opened a department of business and regulations case against me to make himself look like the good guy. Fortunately, once I showed proof on my side of the case it was dropped.

If you are an employee or a potential customer reading the reviews for this company please do not be fooled by Roger's promises. You will find yourself not being able to support yourself and family or you'll end up wondering where your money went and where your new roof is.

One day I hope this company will do what's right and pay the people they owe money to as well as keep their promises to their customers. I hope this review was helpful for you.

Kinnecorps promissed to replace our hurricane damaged roof before christmas. We made arrangements with family to arrive after roof install. Then Kinnecorps changed to after new year. We called and Kinnecorps agreeded to keep same promise time. The first 2 days Kinnecorps had 4 men working on roof, on the 3rd day there were 8 men. When we went up to check on the work we found ripped single with holes not secured, several nails popping through the new shingles, no new flashing around chimney, a few soft spots where if you step your foot will go through the roof, no valley flashing visable, a row of nails one half inch apart all around the base of the chimney and several loose nails all over the top ot the roof. Kinnecorps had stated their inspector would be at the house the next day. Need less to say, we now have several leaks on the roof worse than it was during the hurricane. It's been a few days and we still have not see Kinnecorps inspector. A couple of the Kinnecorps crew showed (we had no clue they were coming to the house) and were going to install a piece on the roof. When they found no bull any where around the entire edge of the house, they elected not to install anything untill the roof is installed correctly. It's raining now and leaking in the house and we are still waiting to hear from Kinnecorps.....

Had to get a new roof due to damages from Hurricane Matthew. I was referred to Kinnecorps and they did an exceptional job. They are very customer oriented, their products are top notch, they handled my insurance company claims for me, and my new roof looks amazing! I would highly recommend them for all your house needs!
