They installed a metal roof on my house. It is absolutely beautiful and constructed of quality material that will add value to my home. Due to the odd shape of my roof, this was almost a custom job. The men arrived every day and worked hard until the roof was finished, no work gaps. The price was well below other quotes that I had received. I am so glad I went with this company. I would definitely recommend them.

great service, pricing was the best that I was quoted , and if there is an issue with the roof they will come out and make sure you're taken care of! :)

I called Kings Roofing to repair our Hurricane Sally roof damage. I am glad they were the company that repaired our roof. They were called again when I hired a tree company to remove a large tree near the house. They damaged the roof. They offered to repair the damage and were told NO! I did not want the tree people working on my roof.
There was a leak and Kings came out and repaired it. You can definitely trust them to do good work.

King Roofing responded quickly after the hurricane. There were a few minor issues, they resolved quickly.
I would do business again with this company

Do not use this service! Quoted 5,600 then on the day of service more than doubled the price and charges 120 dollars for boards that at most cost 17 dollars at Lowe's. Would not get their trash bin out of my driveway. Don't walk away from them run!

The roofing crew seemed to do a good job, but communication was poor, the office staff was rude, and I feel I was overcharged. They did not clean up materials or nails until I called several times. I would not recommend this company to anyone.?

I previously wrote a very harsh review of Kings Roofing, giving them only one star because of communication issues after my new roof leaked. TJ called me to talk about the issues and promised to give me immediate attention if the roof leaked again. Yesterday I met with him and his crew after the tenant called to say the roof leaked again. When I called, he responded very quickly, showed up with his crew and hopefully solved the problem. Unless the roof leaks again, I am satisfied with their service. I recommend that if you have used them and have a problem, go directly to TJ who will do his best to solve the issue.

Great experience! very responsive. Had to have two roofs replaced after Sally. One on my Home and one on my business.

NO PROBLEM! in light of all the extenuating circumstances and shortages of materials both projects were completed to our satisfaction and in a timely manner.

Recommend these people often!

Decided on Kings Roofing after comparing multiple quotes. I had 2 roofs I needed to have replaced. One was one of my rental properties and the other was my house. I was a little concerned about their legal disclaimer on their quote that I didn't see on the competitors' bids. What I failed to notice was the part that stated ""not responsible for third party damages""; or maybe I did notice it, but didn't think it would be an issue because there shouldn't be a third party involved; it's just a roof, no other subcontractors should be involved. So, I signed contracts for both houses. I decided to do my rental first, and gave them a 50% deposit. Well, turns out they DO use a third party to deliver the shingles. AND I guess they are use to the third parties they hire damaging their customer's property, why else would they have that disclaimer. I got a call from my tenant telling me that they were asking to put the shingles on the roof. We were never notified they were delivering them. So, I called Kings and they said, yes, they were delivering them. I said, ok, and told my tenant to let them put them on the roof. Another hour or so goes by and my tenant calls back to tell me they broke a water line in the front lawn and the front lawn was flooded AND they didn't have any water in the house. The idiots drove a forklift on the front lawn AFTER we received 5 inches of rain in the last day. Water flooded the front yard for 3-4 hours before they got the water company out there to shut if off. After finally getting it shut off, the MORON, decided to finish his job, DROVE ON THE LAWN AGAIN ... after flooding it for 3-4 hours. They completely trashed my front yard. When I told them, I expected them to fix the lawn, Kings roofing, TJ, said they weren't responsible for third party damages. Now, as a business person, I take care of my customers. If I hire somebody that destroys their property, I make my customer whole and deal with the idiots that caused the damage myself; my customer has no leverage over the ""third party"" and I don't want MY customer to have to deal with it. TJ said they will want the rest of the payment (50%) due upon job completion. I told them I didn't consider the job done until ALL damages were repaired. Oh, AND when they delivered the shingles, they stacked them ALL in one spot; right over the dining room table. I drove by and could see the roof sagging due to the weight. I told TJ that was a serious safety issue and, to his credit, he went right out and spread them out. This was August 7th, it took them until Jan 5th to resolved the issue; it took FIVE months. After FIVE months of trying to work through Kings to get their supplier to fix the lawn, they finally got the supplier to pay for my estimated costs to fix it. Kings sucked up a whole $12.68 remaining on the bill. As for the second roof contracted, I told them after the first roof was semi-done, that I wouldn't have them do the second contract until they satisfied me on the first contract. It took so long for them to resolve the issue with the first roof, they claim their prices rose and they defaulted on our contract for the second roof; they gave me a new contract for about $3000 more. It appears they did a good job on the roof, but they are the pits when it comes to taking care of their customer. If they had taken the time to take care of me within a month or so, they could've proceeded with the second roof, made more money, and had a good referral. But as it stands, there is no way I could recommend them.
