After this experience, No I would call someone else, that's for sure. I know from 23 years here we can expect nothing maore then second rate companies and work here in the area.
The re-roof job n my home was scheduled for 4 weeks away. Scheduled to begin Oct. 24th, 2023. No one showed up !
No call nothing. I was told Taylor would be the ""Project Manager"". When I called the office about the NO SHOW and being told Taylor would at least meet with me and look at the job BEFORE Oct.24th he never contacted me. When they did not show up to begin the job I called the office. Taylor would be out this afternoon I was told. By after 5:00 I had doubts but finally he did show up.
Job looks pretty good except the ""Taper Package"" I paid $2000.00 and was told ""Will be designed by GAF specifically for MY job"" look like children did the work. Lumpy and 3 distinct low spots.
3 full sheets 8 X 4 foot of foam board and 2 half sheets of the Taper Package were discared. You bet I am no happy.
First rain .... I HAVE A DRIP !
I called the office and sent the photos they requested. The shingles end behind the gutters so the rain runs behind the gutters NOT into them. It leaks in torrents, then drips for days. Taylor texted that Monday shortly after I called the office he will be out on Wednesday ? To fix it ? To just look at it ? Or only tell me a nice story like I got about the $2000.00 Taper Package ?
Wednesday and not hearing what time Taylor would be out, I called the office. IF he is doing his no show again, I have things I need to do. Taylor texted back Thursday would be better. You know it A NO SHOW again ! No call nothing.
I will just fix it myself, and do a better job then Kingdom would do, certainly it seems. Myself ... NO I would NOT call Kingdom Roofing again. They do not stand behind their work, and DO NOT even keep their word.

DO NOT USE Kingdom Roofing whom completed a new roof 08/26/22 on a commercial building where we have our business. The first rainfall was a major downpour on 08/29/22 resulted in water pouring in through the lights, vents and ran down the walls flooding everything. Note: The owner of the bldg had just completed a full renovation on his side a week prior. Kingdom Roofing was called immediately and they blamed the owner for not connecting the new under sized scupper boxes, roof drains and emptying downspouts that were full of construction debris. NOT the Owners job! Serve Pro was called by Kingdom and they were there that evening and started drying out the building. The next morning Serve Pro stated the space was not able to be occupied and they started gutting flooring, ceilings and walls. Kingdom Roofing was given three opportunities to make the roof right, and all three times it did not pass inspection. Kingdom Roofing has since put a lien on the building for payment. 5 months later, we (owner and tenant) are still fighting with Kingdom's Insurance for repairs, loss of income, moving expenses etc. We have received ZERO compensation, yet Kingdom is roofing is still doing business no problem, and we are being raked over the coals by their insurance.
