DO NOT USE Kingdom Roofing whom completed a new roof 08/26/22 on a commercial building where we have our business. The first rainfall was a major downpour on 08/29/22 resulted in water pouring in through the lights, vents and ran down the walls flooding everything. Note: The owner of the bldg had just completed a full renovation on his side a week prior. Kingdom Roofing was called immediately and they blamed the owner for not connecting the new under sized scupper boxes, roof drains and emptying downspouts that were full of construction debris. NOT the Owners job! Serve Pro was called by Kingdom and they were there that evening and started drying out the building. The next morning Serve Pro stated the space was not able to be occupied and they started gutting flooring, ceilings and walls. Kingdom Roofing was given three opportunities to make the roof right, and all three times it did not pass inspection. Kingdom Roofing has since put a lein on the building for payment. 5 months later, we (owner and tenant) are still fighting with Kingdom's Insurance for repairs, loss of income, moving expenses etc. We have received ZERO compensation, yet Kingdom is roofing is still doing business no problem, and we are being raked over the coals by their insurance.

Kingdom Roofing just finished putting a roof on a rental home that had damages from Hurricane Ian. After the hurricane Kingdom Roofing came as quickly to put a tarp on the roof until a new one could be put on.
Brian Kirby the project foremen who called to introduce himself and give me his cell number. Brian walked me through the process - tear off old roof, inspection, new shingles installed. Yes heard from Brian daily about the progress since this is a rental property. Each day the men walked the property with a magnet to cleanup the property and retrieve nails.
Brian also sent pictures and called to tell me when they passed inspection. They finished the job a day early too!
We will be using Kingdom for all roof replacements!!

Our project was a difficult one and we knew it going in. That said, our experience started with a two week delay; this meant having a crew on our roof while we had out of town visitors. The crew was polite and cleaned up well. We were told additional plywood work was needed and we heeded their advice and price. We were told we needed a stucco specialist and again we agreed and paid the extra cost. The crew finished and left. No one from management walked us through completion. Meanwhile, we took pictures of soffit and fascia that they left destroyed and videos of leaking gutters. Over the next six months, yes, 6!, we went through a painstaking process of getting a piece at a time addressed or readdressed. To be clear we withheld some of the payment, feeling quite sure they intended to leave the job when the crew finished. We are grateful we did! On the day they finally fixed the fascia, it was becoming intolerable. They sent management to fix it which clearly explains why management isn't available when they should be. There were words, but nothing horrid. They left again with no discussion. This week we received yet another invoice and it included documentation they put a lien on our house, dated you guessed it, the day they did the fascia. To close, BEWARE! This group is poorly managed!! As an educated management specialist, I imagine it comes from the top! Get the money and run...however you have to do it. The customer is not number one, their wallets are! I only wish I could give my 30K to someone else.

though I have no problem with the roofing job, their men put a tarp over my air conditioner an busted it. No air conditioner in fla is impossible considering my 95 year old mother lives with me. It was going to cost 800 to fix so we opted for a new unit. My unit worked great until then. I asked for the 800 since it was their fault and have gotten no response. This was an expense we had not planned on. My biggest mistake was thinking people do the right thing. Small claims court is next. What a hassle!
